Yolanda Foster and her husband, David, announced their plans to divorce last week, just hours before The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 premiered. Now, ahead of the season's second episode, rumors of a feud between them have surfaced.
On December 8, a source told revealed the following to Radar Online, claiming Yolanda Foster and her soon-to-be ex-husband were battling over her use of their condo in Los Angeles.
"David wants [Yolanda Foster] out so he can move back in. He is spending a lot of money he doesn't have staying at a hotel in Beverly Hills. [Yolanda Foster] is refusing to move out and is claiming she doesn't have anywhere else to go."
During the debut episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Yolanda Foster was seen spending time at her condo, explaining that she was no longer living in her Malibu home due to her ongoing struggles with Lyme disease. As fans will recall, Yolanda Foster was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012, around the time she joined the show, and since then, she has continued to chronicle her battle on the show, and on her social media accounts.
Although Yolanda Foster appears to be in need of a small place to live, Radar Online's source claimed David was also in need of access to the home.
"The condo has one of David's favorite pianos to work on, and she won't allow him access to it for work purposes. They are no longer speaking, and only communicating through lawyers," the source stated.

According to the report, David and Yolanda Foster's attorneys are currently attempting to hammer out a settlement between the couple, who wed in November 2011, and once they do, they will file documents to end the four-year marriage.
Also reportedly plaguing the couple is Yolanda Foster's public persona, which could soon result in tell-all interviews and details about their split.
David "doesn't want the divorce and breakdown of their relationship to play out in press interviews and on the show," the source explained. "[Yolanda Foster] doesn't care what David wants, and has nothing to hide."
Throughout the first episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6, Yolanda Foster was seen at her lowest, and although she was able to attend a party for Lisa Rinna's birthday, she didn't appear to be very comfortable being away from home due to her ongoing symptoms of Lyme disease. Yolanda Foster's looks were also a focal point of the episode and were discussed by a few of her co-stars, namely Ken Todd, who pointed out that she was not looking good by explaining that why he told her she looked nice, he didn't really mean it.

While Yolanda Foster did mention that her husband was often not around due to his hectic career, she didn't say a thing about their possible split. Instead, Yolanda Foster stayed focused on her ongoing Lyme disease treatments and spent time with friends, including Cody Simpson's mother, Angie (Cody dated Yolanda Foster's oldest daughter, Gigi, on and off for over a year before splitting this past spring).
Yolanda Foster and David have no children together and recently unloaded their Malibu home after it spent months on the market.
