Taylor Swift & Blake Lively ‘Hang Out’ Down Under As Jared Leto Apologizes For Shading Singer

Taylor Swift has made a new friend and a new enemy in just a matter of a few days. The “Wildest Dreams” singer has been taking a break Down Under toward the end of her 1989 World Tour. Taylor brought along her family and her 125-person crew and band members.

Now, it looks like Taylor Swift and Blake Lively are best friends. The Gossip Girl alum is the latest to join Swift’s ever-growing squad. The two have been spotted hanging out together in Australia. Swift, 25, took to Instagram to share a high-flying photo of herself with the Age of Adeline star, 28, in front of the Warner Bros. Movie World amusement park on Sunday, Dec. 6.

“Yesterday was such an amazing day off. Roller coasters, kangaroos and LOLs with Blake Lively. See you tonight, Adelaide!”

The photo features Taylor and Blake Lively jumping for joy inside Movie World’s Roxy Theatre. The blonde actress also took to her own Instagram page to tell her fans that a kangaroo photobombed her photo with Taylor. She captioned the photo, “Selfie game was strong until I got photobombed by some crazy fan. Where’s security when you need it.”

Taylor Swift has been also sharing several photos of herself hanging out with the country’s native animals. She shared a selfie along with the caption, “I didn’t know ‘kangaroo selfies’ were a thing. But they are this is one.”

It seems like everyone these days wants to be friends with Taylor. But in fact, there are some people that wouldn’t joint the singer’s squad. Jared Leto bluntly said that he doesn’t “give a f***” about the “Bad Blood” singer. A video surfaced on Monday of Jared playing and listening to her 1989 album to gain some inspiration in the recording studio, but things quickly got ugly when he revealed his true feelings about the singer.

When the listening session opened with the track, “Welcome to New York,” Leto was heard saying, “I don’t like this at all. Next.”

He did enjoy Swift’s single “Blank Space,” even though he thought it sounded like a Charli XCX song. He even confused the lyric “Got a long list of ex-lovers” with “Starbucks lovers.”

By the end of the listening session, it was obvious that the actor had heard enough of Swift’s music.

“F*** her. I don’t give a f*** about her. It’s whatever works for us,” he told his band, 30 Seconds to Mars.

Now it looks like the Suicide Squad star doesn’t want any bad blood with the singer. He took to Twitter to say that he’s sorry for hurting Swift and her fans’ feelings.

“The truth is I think @taylorswift13 is amazing + an incredible example of what’s possible. If I hurt her or her fans my sincerest apologies.”

There’s little doubt that swift’s been overexposed ever since her album was released in October of 2014. Rumors have been swirling about Taylor’s alleged extended break. Swift previously revealed to NME Magazine in early November that she’s thinking about taking a longer than usual break after her 1989 World Tour wraps up. According to Hollywood Life, Swift wants to take a few years off to focus on her friends, her family, and her boyfriend DJ, Calvin Harris.

“Taylor is really looking forward to an extended break after her tour and the holidays. She will still write and collaborate when the timing is right but she has been telling people not to expect a new album from her for potentially three years.”?

Ever since she released her debut album, Swift has released a new album every two years. Now, fans may have to wait an extra year to get their hands on some new music.

What are your thoughts on Taylor Swift’s break? Are you glad to see her taking an extended break? Or, did you want her to release another album?
