Kim & Kanye Choose Saint West As Baby Name Amid Visits From Kardashian Family, But 2nd Pregnancy Was Scary [Video]
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have named their son Saint. Despite all the rumors that the baby boy would be named Easton, apparently Kim and Kanye agreed that they’d stay away from directions this time around and went with Saint rather than a match for their daughter North, reported Today.
Kardashian headed to the Internet to share the news. In addition, Kim revealed that the little boy is 8 pounds, 1 ounce. To make sure that fans got all a-twitter with the decision that she and Kanye had chosen, the reality TV star also revealed the choice of Saint on Twitter.
Kardashian’s best friend, Jonathan Cheban, immediately headed to social media to share his congratulations. Known for years as the BFF to Kardashian, Cheban did more than share a sweet message. He also volunteered to babysit.

The photo that Cheban shared with his post appeared to indicate that he’s already turned 2-year-old North West into a pal, and now that she has a little brother, Kim’s BFF apparently has no hesitation in volunteering for nanny duty.
But while it was Kardashian’s pal who stepped up to the babysitting plate, Kris Jenner as well as Kim’s sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney didn’t hesitate to pay tribute to the reality TV star’s son, reported E News.

Kim is in the same hospital as Lamar Odom, who is still recovering following an October drug overdose. So after Kris and the Kardashian sisters took some time to oooh and ahhh over the new arrival, they headed from one hospital room to another to see how Khloe’s estranged husband is doing.
As for Kourtney’s baby daddy Scott, Disick spent time with Tyga, the boyfriend of Kylie Jenner. The duo went to an Italian restaurant and whiled away the hours at a Beverly Hills car dealership.
Although Scott drove Kourtney to the hospital, no word on whether he also checked out Kim and her new son to see how they were doing. But as to whether Kourtney and Scott are actually a couple again? Disick did enjoy Thanksgiving with the Jenner and Kardashian clan.
“Scott has been integrating back into the family and things are going really well,” an insider told E. “They’re a family unit again.”
But as Kim and Kanye enjoy their new son Saint West, their happiness comes with the knowledge that Kardashian survived a difficult and often scary pregnancy, reported E! News.
First Kim experienced challenges in getting pregnant, with a variety of fertility issues.
Then Kardashian struggled with her weight. But most of all, Kim went through some scary experiences during her pregnancy that caused her high levels of anxiety at time, as the reality TV star admitted.
“Every medical issue that you could probably have, I feel like I get, and I worry so much about it,” Kim confessed to E News. “This pregnancy I have a little bit more anxiety just because I know what’s to come and it’s really inevitable some of the issues that I’m going to have. You know, I have a high-risk delivery and all of that gives me such anxiety.”
And in an especially scary confession, Kardashian revealed that she was told by her physician that she might have developed diabetes. That can result in a pre-term birth.
She also suffered through a procedure prior to having her son because the unborn infant was breech.
“They don’t give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful,” Kim exclaimed. “Probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!!!”
And despite all of that, Kardashian has no regrets about getting pregnant for a second time.
“You know, it was really hard for me to get pregnant so I do feel really blessed that I am pregnant,” concluded the 35-year-old. “And, at the end of the day, it is a million times worth it.”
