Chris Brown Gives To Domestic Violence Victim For Christmas [Photos]

Chris Brown has constantly stated that being a father has made him a changed man. It appears that for Christmas, Chris Brown has changed into Santa Claus, giving a single mother and her three kids gifts for Christmas.

According to Vibe, Chris Brown states his desire to “bless and inspire” others by giving back to those less fortunate. On December 5, Brown handed out Christmas cheer to a former domestic violence victim named Jessica Roncalli. Chris Brown was happy to take to Instagram to share his good deed. Brown appeared at the Boys & Girls Club in Hollywood to give Roncalli and her three children a new set of wheels.

“I’ve been very fortunate and blessed with so much in my life and I always thought that it was supposed to be that way. I was selfish, arrogant, and cold hearted. I’m able to bless and inspire so many others and I realize that now. This woman has dealt with domestic abuse through her life and her 3 wonderful children had to experience that. I see myself when I looked into their eyes. The amount of strength this woman has is remarkable. I hope I could make their Christmas a great one. I hope the kids love all the toys and things I got for them. And for moms. I hope I could put a smile on this family’s face.”

Brown has always used Instagram as a means of sharing everything that he currently is doing, as such it is no surprise that this act would also grace his Instagram account.

Chris Brown has received negative feedback for his charitable act, which Brown appears to have taken to heart. It has been said that the comment struck a nerve because it was true. It has also been said that he was offended because his act was truly genuine. Regardless of the reason behind his act, it does not change that fact that this family will be having a happy Christmas.

Brown has been more charitable throughout this season. For Thanksgiving, Chris Brown handed out 2,000 turkeys from the back of a truck. Brown shared his kind act with videos on Instagram, adding a caption presenting a challenge for other celebrities to be more charitable this season.

“I honestly challenge the celebrities. We think about ourselves all the time and take everything for granted. Driving nice cars, jewelry, pretending to be something we aren’t. Let’s give back because it’s the right thing to do.”

It appears that Chris Brown took his own advice and decided to give more with his latest act of charity. If the notations are true, stating that the acts are an aim to drive up sales once his album has been released, that may not be a bad thing. Brown stated his desire to give $1 of every album that is sold upon Royalty’s release on December 18 to the Children’s Miracle Network to help raise funds for pediatric care, medical research, and education. The more albums that are sold would provide a bigger donation to the charity.

“You have these platforms and these positions as an artist. It only matters if you help people along the way.”

The addition of Royalty into Chris’ life has truly been a positive impact, and he has been proud to state that any chance that he gets. Chris Brown might not be done with his acts for the season.
