Vicki Gunvalson’s Family Wants Brooks Ayers Arrested
The family of Vicki Gunvalson wants Brooks Ayers arrested for forging documentation that indicated he had cancer. Last season, The Real Housewives of Orange County was plagued with Brooks’ cancer drama. Gunvalson was all wrapped up in the middle of it, and now her family wants him to pay for what he did to her. According to Radar Online, Vicki Gunvalson’s family wants Brooks Ayers arrested because forging medical documents in California is against the law. Gunvalson would even assist in the conviction if need be.
Fans of The Real Housewives of Orange County watched as Vicki Gunvalson left her then-husband Don Gunvalson for Brooks Ayers. Gunvalson decided that she no longer wanted to be married and set everything up so she could be with Ayers exclusively. Several of the women from the show had negative opinions about Brooks, especially Tamra Judge. As the cancer drama went on this past season, Judge really stepped it up for Gunvalson and ignored the talk until enough was enough. In fact, Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers invited Tamra Judge over to look at the medical records in question. Little did Ayers know, Shannon Beador would out them as fake and call him out on it.

Vicki Gunvalson’s family defended her on The Real Housewives of Orange County, and now they want Brooks Ayers to pay for making them look foolish as well. During the end of the season, Gunvalson’s brother snapped at Shannon Beador for questioning Brooks Ayers’ condition, and it broke up the friendship Vicki and Beador had. Even months after the reunion, there is still tension over the lies Brooks told. According to MStarz, Heather Dubrow still believes Gunvalson knew the truth all along.
Brooks Ayers admitted he forged the cancer documents after the place where he claimed he was treated made an official statement indicating he was not a patient with them. City of Hope cancer treatment center had no record of Ayers being treated. After several red flags, this is what finally woke Vicki Gunvalson up. There had been calls to doctors Ayers supposedly was using, and often a lot of information that didn’t make sense. The Real Housewives of Orange County ladies picked up on it, but Vicki Gunvalson didn’t. Now, Vicki’s family wants to make sure he is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

It is unclear whether or not the police in the area or the City of Hope cancer treatment center will be pressing charges or bringing a case up at all. Vicki Gunvalson would assist in the investigation and could provide valuable evidence the prosecutors would need. Gunvalson’s family is not happy about the way Brooks Ayers played her, especially when she gave up everything (almost her daughter as well) to be with him. Throughout it all, Gunvalson stood by his side no matter what.
Just a few months ago, Brooks Ayers and Vicki Gunvalson called it quits for good. There haven’t been many details about the split, but Real Housewives of Orange County fans will no longer get to see Ayers filming. Since the season ended, it appears things are still tense between the ladies and Gunvalson. Bravo has not currently announced a renewal for the show, but it is likely.
If there are charges brought against Brooks Ayers like Vicki Gunvalson’s family wants, he could get into some serious trouble. Not only has he publicly humiliated Vicki Gunvalson and her family, but he is currently getting away without any consequences. There have been no comments from the police or City of Hope cancer treatment center on what they plan to do, or if they plan to do anything at all. Luckily, Vicki Gunvalson didn’t marry Brooks Ayers, as this could have been way worse if she had.
