Jessica Parido And Mike Shouhed Breakup: ‘Shahs Of Sunset’ Star ‘Blindsided’ After Learning Of Divorce Online

Jessica Parido’s divorce filing caught her husband, Shahs Of Sunset star Mike Shouhed, off-guard. According to a new report, Jessica Parido, who went public with a new boyfriend just days after filing documents to end her marriage, blindsided Shouhed, who claimed to have found out about the end of his marriage online.

Jessica Parido and her husband, Shouhed, have been featured on Shahs Of Sunset for years, and while it is unclear how much of their split fans will see during Season 5, they are sure to see some, as the two have been filming for the last few months.

Following eight months of marriage, Jessica Parido filed for divorce on November 18, and a short while later, she announced the news in a tell-all interview with In Touch Weekly, during which she alleged she had discovered that Shouhed had cheated on her. In the report, Jessica Parido explained that while Shouhed had apologized, and wanted her back, she had no plans for a reconciliation. In fact, Jessica Parido has already moved on with Karlen Shubaralyan.

Below is what Jessica Parido told In Touch Weekly of her new boyfriend, Shubaralyan.

“I feel so lucky to have moved on; I feel like a new person. Karlen is giving me a two-week long birthday celebration and I have to say, it feels great to be appreciated.”

Following news of his divorce and his wife’s new boyfriend, Shouhed spoke out, claiming he didn’t cheat on Jessica Parido during their marriage.

“It was years ago before we were even engaged. It was a moment of weakness, and I fully regret that it happened,” Shouhed told People Magazine on December 2.

After Jessica Parido discovered damning messages in her partner’s iCloud, she left their home, claiming that she would be open to giving him a second chance if he went to therapy to “deal with his demons.”

“I was working on myself, and I am a completely different person today then I was three months ago,” he said.

However, while Shouhed claimed his problems have been addressed, Jessica Parido has not given him another chance.

“I didn’t even know the divorce was happening until I saw it posted online,” he explained. “That was how I found out [Jessica Parido] was divorcing me. I was blindsided.”

As he attempts to cope with his divorce from Jessica Parido, Shouhed said he’s leaning on friends and family.

“I’m looking for closure and each day is getting a little easier for me to heal. Through therapy, yoga and meditation, self awareness and through realization I have come to a point now in my life where I realize what it takes to be a good partner and everyday I strive to become better. I am on that journey where one day I will be 100 percent again and I am looking forward to that.”

Jessica Parido has been extremely open about her split, both in the press, and online, and recently, she caused a stir when she shared on telling meme on Instagram. As the Inquisitr revealed, the message, which was shared alongside a photo of a skeleton looking out a window, read, “My ex waiting for someone better than me.”

Jessica Parido’s photo appears to have since been deleted.
