Giovanni Ribisi Stealthily Marries Supermodel Agyness Deyn In LA

Giovanni Ribisi and Agyness Deyn have married, which is pretty much a surprise to everyone since no one even knew they were together.

But it’s true, Ribisi’s rep confirmed it with the Huffington Post, saying, “Agyness Deyn and Giovanni Ribisi quietly married in Los Angeles over the weekend.” Apparently, the pair’s couplehood has been an Internet rumor of late, with rumors starting up when the two were spotted by the general manager of the Crown City News in line at the Los Angeles County Registrar’s office, “passionately kissing.” Tammy DeVine, in line due to a queued birth certificate, stood next to the couple who were waiting on a marriage license, reports the LA Times. Caught in the act, Ribisi and Deyn admitted that they were indeed about to be hitched, and that they have actually been dating for “a while.” Crown City snapped a photo of the pair (their first public photo together) to prove it all went down.

It’s lucky that Crown City got the picture too, because at first the general manager didn’t even know who Deyn was, merely saying that she had spotted Ribisi (whom she recognized) with “a young blond-haired woman with an English accent.” Later, the author commented in the same post, “So… I’ve since learned that is supermodel Agyness Deyn. Wow,” reports the Washington Post.

The 29-year-old Deyn is a British supermodel and singer. Ribisi, 37, is an actor who you might remember from Friends as Phoebe’s little brother, Johnny Depp’s The Rum Diary as a drunken and drug-addled reporter, and as that evil corporate guy in Avatar. He will next be seen in Seth McFarlane’s upcoming comedy film Ted.
