Kim Kardashian reigned for years as the sexy sister of the Kardashian family. With Khloe Kardashian known as the chubby sister, and Kourtney Kardashian caught up in the intricate relationship she maintained with baby daddy Scott Disick, Kim seemed to rise to the challenge, even attempting to break the Internet with her infamous nude photo shoots. But now with Kim's second pregnancy weight gain and Khoe's weight loss success that includes hours in the gym, as documented in her new book, Strong Looks Better Naked, have the Kardashian sisters swapped places, and could Kim be jealous?

The rumors that Kim was jealous of Khloe began to swirl when it came out that Kardashian's husband, Kanye West, had chosen Khloe, not Kim, as his muse for a fit, fabulous body inspiration, reported Complex.

Debuting his Adidas line, Kanye chose bodies that resembled Khloe, who shared that she was flattered and surprise when West invited her to become his model.

"Kanye was like, 'I want you to come and be a fit model... Your body vibes are my influence this year.' "

The 35-year-old is due to give birth in December, and Kim wants to have the "massive" cosmetic surgery transformation soon after, an insider revealed to Radar.

"Kim has been discussing the surgeries she wants to get done and talking to doctors about them … [and] talking about which doctors she wants to put on the payroll," added the insider. "She wants to get her boobs done, a tummy tuck and liposuction."

However, don't anticipate Kardashian to emerge from the hospital flaunting a newly trim and taut body. The insider revealed that she plans to wait because of the challenges she's already experienced with her second pregnancy, adding that Kim does want to get the plastic surgery completed soon to restore her famous shape.

Why is Kardashian seemingly obsessed with having a body that tops Khloe's when it comes to looking fit and fabulous? Money, the source told Radar.

"Her body — that is her business," pointed out the insider. "Her body and her appearance are the driving vehicles behind her livelihood, so she has to get back into shape."

The liposuction in particular could make a difference for Kim, who has never succeeded in achieving her full weight loss goals after giving birth to North, according to Radar's source. That insider claims that Kardashian will do whatever is needed to achieve her dream number on the scale.

Adding to the incentive for that Mommy Makeover plastic surgery after the baby is born, Kim does not plan on having any more children, added Radar's source.

Because the baby is breech, Kim may have to get a C-section, which she does not desire. Kardashian revealed her concern in a recent blog.

"My baby is breech, meaning he's in the wrong position for childbirth. His head is still up and it's supposed to be down. He was supposed to turn by 32 weeks. So now, I will have to get a C-section," wrote Kim.

However, Kardashian revealed that she's hoping to avoid that procedure by having chiropractic work designed to get the baby into the right position.

"I started intensive chiropractic work with Dr. Elliot Berlin. He is 'the' pregnancy chiropractor! I have been doing everything I can to try to turn the baby. I lay practically upside down three times a day for 15 minutes. I play music in the right position and ice my belly in certain spots to get him to squirm out of the breech position. I even started acupuncture where I burn moxa (mugwort) on my pinky toe every day! I am even attempting hypnosis!"

How does momager Kris Jenner feel about her daughters and their weight wars? Jenner recently fat-shamed Kim, reported E! News.

When the pregnant Kardashian confessed to consuming beignets three times daily during a New Orleans visit, Kris was appalled.

"Do you remember what happened the last time you got all stressed out and you were eating sugary stuff?" scolded Jenner. "You're like a closet eater. You need an ankle bracelet that goes every time you eat something bad."
