Old Navy’s Black Friday 2015 Sale: Should You Shop In-Store Or Online?

Old Navy started their Black Friday sale right before Thanksgiving. But, if you weren’t willing to leave your family for a good deal, then you can find out if venturing to the store or shopping online is more worth your while.

In fact, Old Navy’s Black Friday 2015 sale went live at 9 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, Nov. 25 and will last through 9 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, Nov. 27. The Old Navy online store will offer doorbuster sales of 40 percent, 50 percent, and 60 percent off items. Meanwhile, the in-store locations will offer 50 percent off everything in the store. You can skip the lines and the traffic by shopping online and finding things that are 10 percent cheaper than in stores, according to I4U News. There are a good number of items and selections on sale for up to 60 percent off.

Some of the deals in Old Navy’s Black Friday 2015 sale include $12 boyfriend plaid flannel shirts, $10 crew-neck sweaters, and $5 V-Neck tees. Check out all the deals at the OldNavy.com website. Some of the other best deals from Old Navy’s Black Friday ad include women’s sleep bottoms from $8.47 to $9.97, girl’s fashion leggings for $4.97, men’s flannel scarves for $8.97, and boys’ sleep bottoms for $9.97. Despite the good deals already live online, over 800 Old Navy locations across the U.S. opened at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 26. The stores will remain open until midnight on Black Friday, Nov. 27. Along with the exciting Old Navy Black Friday 2015 sale, the store is also offering a chance to win $1 million dollars. This is the third consecutive year that Old Navy has offered its Overnight Millionaire Sweepstakes on Black Friday.

According to the retailer, this year has the best odds at winning the $1 million prize. The first 50 people who line up at participating Old Navy stores across the country will receive a game card allowing them a chance to win. The Overnight Millionaire winner will be selected on Friday, Nov. 27 at 7 p.m. Eastern Time.

You may have seen the commercial advertised already. It stars actress Julia Louis-Dreyfuss, Kumail Nanjiani, and Snoop Dogg. The store’s wacky Black Friday commercial launched earlier this week, in time for its Overnight Millionaire Sweepstakes. The Veep star plays a burglar in the new ad for Old Navy. She attempts to tie up the rapper — so she can rob him of his million dollars –but her plan backfires when Kumail Nanjiani, who plays her partner in crime, tells her that Old Navy is having its Black Friday sale and Overnight Millionaire Sweepstakes.

Julia Louis-Dreyfuss is no stranger to starring in ads for Old Navy. She previously starred in the back-to-school ads, playing an overbearing and snooty mom. According to the AdWeek report, Snoop Dogg will also become an Old Navy staple by doing radio spots for the retailer.

If you have no time to shop Old Navy on Black Friday, in-store or online, then you can still check out its other sales this weekend. The retailer will also offer 40 percent off on select merchandise on Saturday, and 30 percent off select merchandise on Sunday. There’s no doubt that Old Navy will also have a Cyber Monday sale on its website. The retailer has already promised that it will offer deep discounts.
