Aubrey O’Day Is Dating DJ Pauly D After Meeting On ‘Famously Single’

Aubrey O’Day reportedly found love on the set of Famously Single. Just weeks after the reality series was announced, reports have surfaced claiming Aubrey O’Day, who first gained fame when she starred on MTV’s Making The Band, is currently dating her Famously Single co-star, DJ Pauly D, who also got his start on MTV.

After starring on Making The Band, Aubrey O’Day and four other women, including D. Woods, Shannon Bex, Dawn Richard, and Aundrea Fimbres, went on to form Danity Kane before breaking up years later. While the ladies, including Aubrey O’Day, eventually got back together, their group didn’t last, and in 2014, they parted ways for good.

Meanwhile, Aubrey O’Day’s rumored new boyfriend, DJ Pauly D, began starring in MTV’s Jersey Shore in 2009, and continued his run on the show, along with co-stars Nicole Polizzi, Michael Sorrentino, Jennifer Farley, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Samantha Giancola, Vinny Guadagnino, Angelina Pivarnick, and Deena Nicole Cortese for six seasons. Then, as the show came to an end in 2012, Pauly, aka Paul Delvecchio, landed his own spinoff series, The Pauly D Project, which followed him and his friends as he embarked on a residency at Las Vegas’ Palms Hotel.

While Aubrey O’Day and DJ Pauly D’s paths likely crossed at some point in the last several years, as they both worked with MTV, they didn’t get close until they were cast alongside one another on Famously Single, which began production earlier this year.

Although Aubrey O’Day appears to have shared a photo of her and DJ Pauly D getting close weeks ago on her Instagram page, the photo was quickly deleted, and for a while after, no one said much about their potential new relationship. However, on November 24, TMZ confirmed reports of the romance, claiming Aubrey O’Day hit it off with DJ Pauly D as they filmed their new E! series with co-stars including Brandi Glanville of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Josh Murray of The Bachelorette, Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood‘s Somaya Reece, model Jessica White, and former NFL player Willis McGahee.

According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter earlier this month, Famously Single was explained as follows.

“The unscripted project centers on eight lovelorn celebrities who move into a loft in downtown Los Angeles together to get to the root of their romantic problems. By revealing the truth behind their public breakups and bad relationships, and with the help of a team of experts, the participants attempt to identify and solve their relationship issues once and for all.

“Through a series of group exercises, one-on-one sessions and real dates, viewers will get an intimate look at the stars’ emotional journeys as they challenge each other and learn how to find love.”

“Famously Single’s coaches include therapist, social worker and relationship guru Dr. Darcy Sterling, relationship coach and author Robert Mack and flirting expert, international dating coach and author Laurel House,” the report continued. “Eight one-hour episodes have been ordered for a 2016 launch.”

Adding to reports of Aubrey O’Day’s relationship with DJ Pauly D is the fact that she recently claimed her fellow reality star on Instagram, telling his followers he was hers in a photo shared on November 23.

“Mine,” Aubrey O’Day wrote, and right away, commenters began speaking of the new couple.

While Aubrey O’Day isn’t exactly hiding her new romance, she also isn’t flaunting it, as the couple has yet to appear publicly together.

Aubrey O’Day and DJ Pauly D will debut their relationship on the E! Network sometime next year.
