Jennifer Lawrence Outed By Hemsworth, What She Can Get Away With, Entertainer Of Year

Jennifer Lawrence is known to be able to get her points across and to make her voice heard in the most entertaining of ways. Last month, the star cleverly dismissed rumors that she was unhygienic by making a video of herself washing her hands after using the toilet. Most stars would simply slink away until the rumors quieted. However, Lawrence confronts the ridiculous with ridiculous in order to appropriately downplay the lies that are spread.

Due to her ability to win over the masses with her clever and witty charm, her talent as an award-winning actress and her beauty, Chris Hemsworth has noted in a recent interview with Vanity Fair that JLaw can get away with a bit more than the likes of him. His younger brother, Liam Hemsworth, who stars alongside Jen in the Hunger Games films, uses the paparazzi as his subject to prove his point about Lawrence.

“What was it Jennifer Lawrence said? ‘I know everyone said you’re not supposed to complain about the paparazzi. Well, I don’t give a s**t. I’m f**king complaining!'” he said. “But she can get away with that. [Hollywood] is set up to turn you into a complete narcissist. You just kind of lose touch with reality a bit here. You drive down the street and you’re constantly reminded of everything you’re either involved in or not involved in. It’s exhausting.”

Chris is clearly reminded of Lawrence’s verbal forwardness when it comes to all things Hollywood. Chris, who stars in The Huntsman: Winter’s War, covers the December issue of Vanity Fair and rings in the holiday season for the notable publication.

Similarly, Jennifer Lawrence has landed the cover and looks stunning, as usual, as this week’s face of Entertainment Weekly. In addition, the star has been awarded the title of “Entertainer of the Year” by the entertainment publication.

EW shares as to the 25-year-old’s accomplishments.

“At just 25, Jennifer Lawrence is already an Oscar winner and Hollywood’s most bankable actress. Since 2010’s gritty breakthrough Oscar nominated role in Winter’s Bone, she’s led the box-office-busting franchise The Hunger Games and worked blue for her role as Mystique in the X-Men series.”

Jen is aware as to how much has happened over the past five years since she stormed on the scene as the talent that she is. When interviewed by the weekly entertainment outlet, the star relayed how she felt in those early stages of the career that has been such a successful one.

“It’s crazy. I signed on to these projects when I was 20 years old. I remember being like, ‘Oh my God, I’m going to be 25 when I’m finished. It seemed so far away.'”

Katniss Everdeen, the lead character from the Hunger Games franchise, was the role which put Lawrence firmly on the ladder to Hollywood fame. The final filmed installment of the franchise has been released, and Lawrence was questioned as to the finality she feels.

“It does feel over. It didn’t for a while and I didn’t think it would ever sink in, but it has now. It feels over. And that’s okay. It’s okay to move on.”

And move on she has. Jen has had nothing but a string of successful roles since filming Hunger Games. She has won an Oscar for her role in Silver Linings Playbook, and is getting an Oscar buzz going for her latest efforts in which she plays the inventor of the Miracle Mop for the movie, Joy.
