Cynthia Bailey Contemplating Divorce: Peter Thomas Angry On Twitter
Cynthia Bailey was shocked when she learned that her husband had been touching a woman inappropriately during a night out at his own bar. Cynthia had seen the incriminating video on Instagram along with everyone else. At the time, Bailey revealed that every marriage goes through some trouble and that they were no exception. But behind closed doors, things were very bad. Cynthia didn’t know whether she wanted to continue with the marriage, and she was clearly hurt by his actions.
Right after Cynthia Bailey had found out about the video, she had her own launch party for her new eyewear collection as seen on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Bailey had worked very hard on launching her line of sunglasses and regular glasses, and the last thing she wanted was her husband to ruin the party. As it turns out, she seriously contemplated divorce based on Peter’s own behavior after the video went viral.
According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report, Cynthia Bailey told her sister that she seriously had no idea what would happen with them since he wasn’t at home to talk about the issues the next morning. Clearly, Cynthia and Peter were operating as single entities in their marriage, not as a team.

“We’ve had financial issues, and we’ve had distance issues now that he’s spending more time in Charlotte,” Cynthia revealed to the Real Housewives of Atlanta producers on last night’s episode, adding that Thomas had been spending much more time in North Carolina to keep his new bar, Sports One, going.
“After five years of marriage I don’t have time for the bulls**t,” she told her over-protective sister Malorie at the party while Peter Thomas removed himself from the drama.
Shockingly, the next morning, Peter left Atlanta behind to drive up to Charlotte and stay there. And he hadn’t worked anything out with his wife before he left, leaving only tension behind. So Cynthia Bailey decided to talk to anyone who would listen about the drama because she had no one else to talk to.
“I don’t know what’s going to happen at this point,” Cynthia told her assistant Tiffany, over Skype, revealing, “I do know that our issues are serious, and they have to be solved.”

Bailey has talked about her marriage months after the incident happened. She revealed that they are working on their marriage and their communication. Peter revealed on Twitter last week that he only wants his wife, and he has no interest in cheating. But sadly, this isn’t the first time that Thomas has been caught up in cheating rumors. And this week, Thomas was far from vocal on Twitter when it came to his marriage. Maybe he isn’t too eager to defend Cynthia Bailey these days.
As for Peter Thomas, he is usually very social on Twitter during The Real Housewives of Atlanta. But during last night’s episode, he resorted to slamming Marlo Hampton in a very rude tweet. It all started when Marlo wrote to Peter that she still cared for him, despite commenting on his marital issues.
“Punk ass,” Peter simply replied, which sparked several comments from fans of the show, including, “who talks 2 women this way? There’s a reason u were called a B. If the pump fits… Cynthia Bailey needs better” and “you are so DISRESPECTFUL stay in a MANS place! Gee.”
It sounds like fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta are taking Cynthia’s side in this entire thing. It is very interesting to hear that Bailey actually contemplated divorce since her husband wasn’t talking to her after the scandal.
