‘Sister Wives’ Preview Shares Meri Brown Catfishing Scandal
Things are going to blow up on the season finale of Sister Wives on Sunday night on TLC. Meri Brown will be revealing all about her catfishing scandal. People shared a big preview about what happened with Meri and someone she thought was a man online. Meri was getting to know this person better, but it turns out that it was a woman, who was tricking her the entire time. Voicemails between the two have been released and it is very obvious that Meri Brown had feelings for this person.
Meri spoke out about the scandal before and is now revealing all on the show.
“I didn’t know how to get out of the situation without putting myself, family, and friends at greater risk. It was a very difficult time. I had a lot of anxiety. My family was very concerned for our safety and angry that we had been targeted. They were relieved once I told them what was really going on and saddened that I had been so afraid of involving them that I didn’t go to them sooner.”
In the above preview, you can see a bit about what to expect to hear from Meri Brown this week. The finale will air and then a two-hour special will be airing after that, which will share more. Tamron Hall will talk to Meri Brown about it all. She will even bring up the voice mails from Meri Brown that have been released by “Sam,” the man she thought she was getting to know online. Meri will also be asked about letters that were written to “Sam.” Hopefully she will actually answer all of the questions asked of her.

In the clip, Meri Brown admitted that she eventually met “Sam,” or Jackie Overton, who happened to be a woman from Oklahoma. This woman told Meri Brown that she was actually a man by the name of “Sam Cooper.”
However, Sam Cooper, who says that he is a man, has a blog where he recently shared that Meri Brown did meet up with him, have sex with him and more; but, he knows that Meri will end up denying all of this on the show. “Sam Cooper” is now staying that he will be deleting the blog once everything is over with and that he isn’t over Meri Brown yet. “Sam” still says that he loves her. Meri said that she never met him, if there really ever was a man.

Janelle Brown shares that her first reaction was to “put on armor and go to war.” Janelle is in tears, talking about what has happened to their family. Meri will be asked if she has told them everything; but, of course, they don’t share her answer in the previews. Meri Brown will be revealing a lot in this upcoming episode. For some reason, Christine is not seen in this interview about what happened, but so far there is no explanation as to why she isn’t there.
Meri recently divorced Kody Brown, but this was only so he could marry Robyn and adopt her children. Meri has shared on the show that she has big plans to stay with Kody and the family regardless of what happened. In a preview for the new show, Kody makes it sound like he is afraid that Meri might leave him now.
