Vicki Gunvalson’s Daughter, Briana, Says Brooks Ayers Wasted Her Family’s Time, Vicki Denies She Committed Insurance Fraud With Brooks

Briana Culberson has broken her silence when it comes to the latest revelations regarding her mom, Vicki Gunvalson’s ex-boyfriend, Brooks Ayers. On Thursday, Briana said that she’s glad that Brooks is now gone from her mom’s life for good.

On Wednesday, Vicki posted a photo of herself in bed drinking a certain tea to plug the product. The photo received a lot of comments — not about the tea — but about the cancer drama that Vicki was embroiled in during season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County and continues to be embroiled in. Two weeks after the end of the season 10 reunion show, new information continues to come out regarding Brooks’ claim that he has cancer. Shockingly, Brooks admitted on Wednesday that he fabricated medical documents to prove that he has cancer after the medical center he claimed to have received treatments from confirmed that he was never a patient there.

One viewer left a comment asking where Vicki’s daughter, Briana, is since she has been silent lately in regards to the recent news about Brooks. The viewer pointed out that Briana has defended her mom before when she received a lot of negative and accusatory comments.

The comment got Briana’s attention. She made clear that her life is very busy, too busy to always be on social media responding to the controversy surrounding her mom. Briana wrote that she just made her family dinner and is about to get in the car to work a 12-hour shift in the emergency room. She added that she’ll then go home to take a nap before getting up to take care of her two young sons.

“That’s where I am!” she wrote.

When the viewer thanked Briana for her response and said that she was just wondering what her thoughts were regarding the latest controversy, Briana replied that she has been trying to ignore it. Briana wrote that Brooks has wasted enough of her family’s time with his “nonsense,” a clear reference to his claim that he has cancer, a claim that Briana made clear during the season that she does not believe. Briana also wrote that she and her mom are doing “AMAZING” and that Vicki’s actually on her way to Ohio to see her.

“Haha I’ve been trying to stay away from all this mess. I don’t want to give him any more of my time, he’s wasted enough of our family’s time with his nonsense! My mom and I are AMAZING and she’s actually flying to see me right now! ?”

Briana Culberson later wrote that she hates the mess that Brooks Ayers has created and is glad that Brooks can’t hurt her mom anymore.

“All I care about is that he’s gone and he can’t hurt her anymore! I hate all this mess!”

While Vicki continues to maintain that she didn’t purposefully lie about Brooks having cancer, some viewers believe that she was in on the lie with Brooks. One viewer actually left a comment to Vicki’s photo saying that she heard that Vicki may have filed a false cancer claim with her insurance company and split the profit with Brooks. The viewer added that Vicki filing a false cancer claim for money in her pockets may be the harmful information that she’s afraid Brooks will publicly spill. Shockingly, the viewer said that she has sent a tip to the Orange County police to look into Vicki committing insurance fraud.

Vicki denied the viewer’s accusation.

“That’s fine if that’s what you feel you need to do. I’m in the insurance business. Do you really think I would commit insurance fraud?!! There is no insurance fraud on our end. We don’t insure him and he’s not a client of ours.”

During season 10, Vicki maintained to the other housewives that he does indeed have cancer and lashed out at them for questioning him and her. She maintained that position all the way up until the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion show finale, during which she finally admitted that her gut tells her that Brooks doesn’t have cancer and that he duped her.

On Tuesday, E! News reported that a spokesperson for City of Hope medical center confirmed that Brooks never received treatment there for cancer, as he claimed. The next day, Brooks admitted to E! News that he fabricated medical documents showing that he received treatment for cancer at the medical center. He explained that he never wanted his medical history to be a focus of the reality show and maintained that Vicki played no part in his lies. While Brooks’ statement to E! News admits that he fabricated and lied about the medical documents, it doesn’t say that his cancer is a lie.

“I acted alone, without Vicki [Gunvalson]’s knowledge, to produce documents for a reality TV show in hopes of putting doubts about my cancer to rest. I never intended to disclose my actual medical records or details about my private and personal medical history, thus the rationalization of presenting documents that weren’t true simply for a ‘storyline’ for the show.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Vicki Gunvalson vowed last week that she is completely done with Brooks Ayers. After Brooks’ latest confession, Vicki told Extra that she “hate[s]” him.
