Justin Bieber ‘Purpose’ Promo: Staples Center, ‘Today Show,’ ‘Fallon,’ CBS’ Thanksgiving Day Parade

Get ready; Justin Bieber’s Purpose album officially drops at midnight on Friday, November 13.

Amid Beliebers finalizing album buyouts, and trending #1DayTillPURPOSE on Twitter for hours, and hot on the heels of the announcement of the “Purpose World Tour” — which kicks off on March 9 — Team Bieber’s formal promo is purposeful to say the least.

For starters, it’s “Bieber Week” over on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. This ends with the Biebs playing a concert on Friday. The 21-year-old also has three events booked that day at the Staples Center in Los Angeles to celebrate the release of Purpose.

Billed as “An Evening with Justin Bieber,” initially, one showing was scheduled for 6:00 p.m. However, due to demand for tickets, extra times of 2:30 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. were added.

Tickets cost $18 or $22 of bought with an album, and the soiree will include a live Q&A with Justin, special guests, and the world premiere of a 45-minute dance film directed, produced, and starring New Zealand choreographer, Parris Goebel, with dancers from her Royal Family Mega Crew. They featured in the video for Bieber’s “Sorry” song.

The visual, which will feature Bieber’s Purpose album, is appropriately titled: “Purpose: The Movement.”

After Los Angeles, the Biebs heads to New York City. On Monday, November 16, he’ll be interviewed on the Today Show by Matt Lauer, ahead of two further appearances on the show that week.

On Thursday, the show’s hosts and Bieber let the world know the superstar is on his way for the three-day takeover next week. Tuesday’s (November 17) edition will see the Canadian star take part in a “fun surprise.”

On Wednesday (November 18), Justin will perform at what he called “the biggest [Today] concert I’ve ever done” on the Rockefeller Plaza, which will feature “Special guest artists.”

Slotted in between those Today Show dates, Bieber will appear on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on November 17, in support of his hit-packed Purpose album. He will perform as yet unspecified song (s), with accompaniment from The Roots.

Actress Rooney Mara and actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson are booked as interviewer guests, according to NBC listings.

A secret NYC event is also scheduled. We will update with details.

Following Bieber’s Today Show gig, he will head to Chicago for “An Evening with Justin Bieber” at the city’s All State Arena, also on November 18.

Then it’s Houston’s Toyota Center on November 19.

Justin is also set to perform in the yearly CBS Thanksgiving Day parade on November 26 and airs from 9 a.m.-12.p.m. on the network.

The singer ojins a lineup including performers from the Broadway casts of the hit musicals “Jersey Boys” and “Beautiful – The Carole King Musical.”

The parade will be hosted by “Entertainment Tonight” host Kevin Frazier and “The Insider’s” Keltie Knight. The special will feature portions of the 89th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade live from New York City.
