Miranda Lambert Is ‘Still Struggling’ With Ex-Husband’s Romance As Gwen Stefani Denies ‘New Relationship’

As Miranda Lambert continues to celebrate her birthday (with a unicorn and diamonds, of course), news of her ill feelings towards her ex-husband have surfaced.

Although Miranda Lambert hasn’t yet addressed the news of Blake Shelton’s romance with Gwen Stefani, with whom he stars on The Voice, a source claims Miranda Lambert is shocked by her former partner’s highly publicized romance, and now feels that she may not have ever really known Shelton at all.

“[Miranda Lambert] doesn’t even know who he is anymore,” a source told Hollywood Life on November 9, revealing the country singer is “still struggling” with news of her ex-husband’s new relationship.

Earlier this month, just a few months after Miranda Lambert announced her divorce, her former partner and his new leading lady revealed they had begun dating. However, the day in which they announced the news was the same day Miranda Lambert was hitting the red carpet at the Country Music Awards, which Shelton also attended. So, while the night was supposed to be filled with celebration of her Vocalist win, Miranda Lambert’s night was a bit overshadowed by the news of her former husband’s big news.

“[Miranda Lambert] doesn’t understand why they (Blake and Gwen) had to make things official that night. It was so insensitive, [Miranda Lambert] was with this guy for almost a decade and this is how he treats her. She feels like she doesn’t even know who he is anymore. She wonders if she ever did.”

Meanwhile, Miranda Lambert’s former partner appears to have been dissed by his new girlfriend in a new interview. Although Stefani’s rep confirmed her relationship with Shelton just last week, she seemed to deny being in a relationship with Shelton while chatting to a couple of radio hosts.

“I never said nothing about being in a new relationship,” Stefani explained during an appearance on the Frankie and Geena Morning Show when the host asked her if any of her new music would feature her “new relationship.”

In a separate Hollywood Life report, a source claimed Stefani’s friends were worried her romance with Miranda Lambert’s ex-husband is nothing more than a rebound.

“It’s not Gwen’s style to be so open about her private life at all. It’s a big shock to everyone in her inner circle that she’s been so forthcoming about her relationship with Blake. There are a lot of people in her world that are convinced she and Blake won’t last, that he’s just a rebound, but right now he’s making Gwen happy and that’s all that matters.”

Following her divorce, Miranda Lambert has remained single, and judging by the looks of things, she’s doing fine that way. While her ex’s new relationship, despite Stefani’s denial, continues to be a top headline around the web, Miranda Lambert has remained focus on her music.

Just last month, Miranda Lambert wrapped the third leg of her Platinum Tour, which featured eight shows. The tour as a whole, however, which was in support of her 2014 album, Platinum, included a total of 75 shows, beginning in July 2014 and wrapping up in October of this year.

For the remainder of this year, Miranda Lambert appears to be headed for some time off, perhaps to focus on writing, as she awaits the start of her 2016 tour, which will take her to a number of different countries, including Scotland, Ireland, England, and the United States. The tour will kick of on March 11 in London, England, and appears to be scheduled to come to a close on August 26 in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
