Stassi Schroeder Talks ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ Ex-Boyfriend Jax Taylor & Reveals What Fans Will See Of Patrick Meagher

Stassi Schroeder wasn’t supposed to return to Vanderpump Rules Season 4, but she did.

After quitting the series in May of this year, claiming to have informed producers she would not be returning a short time after the reunion, Stassi Schroeder’s focus appeared to be on her Podcast, Straight Up With Stassi, and her style blog, Style By Stassi. However, as production began on Season 4, Stassi Schroeder had a change of heart and eventually rejoined her former co-stars and friends.

“You will see on the show what prompted me [to return to Vanderpump Rules]. So, that’s something that I can’t give away, but that’s something that will definitely be addressed. I just came to a point where I had a few realizations and a few wake-up calls about some things, and here I am… looking bipolar,” Stassi Schroeder explained to TooFab on November 9.

According to Stassi Schroeder, the majority of her co-stars, including Scheana Marie, Tom Sandoval, Katie Maloney, and Ariana Madix, weren’t thrilled with news of her return, but luckily for Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute was excited to have her back. Although Stassi Schroeder was previously on the outs with Doute, due to her hookup with Stassi Schroeder’s ex-boyfriend, Jax Taylor, Schroeder has since forgiven her for her mistake.

“I didn’t speak to her for a year, and then she reached out to me a couple of times and I kept giving her an inch, maybe like every month I would just give her a little bit more, and then slowly I just got over things and realized we have such a history together… We’ve been friends for so long and she has so many wonderful qualities, and we got closer.”

Regarding Tayor, and their meeting on the fourth season of Vanderpump Rules, Stassi Schroeder explained that what fans saw in the teaser clip isn’t necessarily accurate. While the couple’s conversation seems to be quite civil, and perhaps a little flirty, there is nothing between them, and currently, they are both involved with other people.

As fans have seen on the show, Taylor is now dating Brittany Cartwright (the two recently moved in together), and Stassi Schroeder has been in an up and down relationship with Sirius XM radio host, Patrick Meagher, for nearly two years.

“We’re good, we’re still together, we went through a rocky patch, so we’re living separately, but we’re still together. You’ll see me discussing that this season.”

Stassi Schroeder began dating Meagher after wrapping filming on the second season of Vanderpump Rules. However, their relationship has not yet been seen on the show. Although Stassi Schroeder briefly discussed Meagher during the season three reunion, he hasn’t been see at all, and there has been little to no mentions of him throughout the series’ run, which likely led to Stassi Schroeder’s role demotion.

While Stassi Schroeder starred on the first two seasons of Vanderpump Rules in a full-time role, she has been featured in only a part-time or guest starring role on the seasons that followed. Meanwhile, fans have been treated to a few new additions, including Vail Bloom, who appeared during Season 3, and Lala Kent and Faith Stowers, who joined the cast for Season 4.
