If you’re a fan of Kim Kardashian, you know that despite her diva behavior, she’s been among the Kardashian/Jenner clan ghosts for most of the year. Even with baby number two on the way, Kim Kardashian has been largely overshadowed by Caitlyn Jenner, the unfortunate overdose of Lamar Odom, and even her baby sister Kylie’s budding career and relationship drama. For someone who’s as accustomed to the spotlight as Kim, it must be a hard pill to swallow. If you’re a Kim Kardashian fan, trying to keep in the know must be even worse.
For the die-hard Kim K. fans, here are the five updates about her life you need to know. That is, if you want to sleep comfortably tonight.
5) She was sewn into that dress.
You read that right. Despite being heavily pregnant with her second child, Kim Kardashian is still determined to show off her curves to their best advantage. If you’ve ever been pregnant or even know someone who was, you know that pregnant curves don’t always cooperate with what’s in style. Fortunately, if you have a team of people, you can get things done, as Life and Style reports. For Kris Jenner’s big 60th birthday bash last weekend, Kim Kardashian had to be sewn into that beautiful lace 20’s flapper dress. She looked great, but one can assume the dress ended up being a total loss.
She posted part of the sewing-in process to Instagram.

4) She might be due around Christmas.
While Kim Kardashian has been really public with her pregnancy and baby bump, she’s stayed pretty mum about the details. Namely, the reality starlet has been tight-lipped about her due date. Recently, though, in one cryptic remark, she gave the public a bit of a hint. NY Daily News reports that Kim Kardashian recently let it slip that she might be spending Christmas in the hospital, giving birth to her second child.
Rumor has it that Kim and Kanye have already booked themselves a deluxe maternity suite at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
While Kim Kardashian is more glamorous than most of us, she’s a regular woman underneath that makeup and those designer duds. Indeed, she’s also a very pregnant woman, and from the sounds of it, she’s over it. Kim has made a name for herself based on being beautiful, hot, and fashionable at all times. Her famous backside has earned her more money than most of us would see in 1000 lifetimes. Now, though? Near the the end of her pregnancy? She’s done. Famous for only wearing heels in public, Kim Kardashian was recently photographed out and about in flip flops. She was called on it by a friend, and Kim told him what the what, reports ET.
“A friend of mine emailed me and said, ‘Have you given up?’ and I said, ‘Why, what do you mean?’ and he said, ‘You’re wearing flip flops. I saw a photo of you in flip flops,’ and I said, ‘Yes, I’ve given up at this point.'”
2) She’s a binger like the rest of us.
Well, maybe not. We can be sure that when Kim Kardashian goes on a food binge, she gets better stuff than you and me. That being said, it’s not what you eat, but the quantity that constitutes a food binge, and Kim Kardashian has her next one all planned out. ABC News is reporting that Kim recently flew to Paris to indulge herself in one final late pregnancy binge.
On the menu was cheesecake from Hôtel Costes, the only cheesecake Kim Kardashian likes, which had to be made and/or found especially for her.
“I don’t like cheesecake and the cheesecake at Hôtel Costes…it’s heaven. I get there and they tell me that they don’t have it and I was like, ‘You don’t understand, I leave tomorrow!’ They said, ‘OK, we’re gonna get it,’ and they got it, and it really made my day.”
1) The rumors of a split with Kanye aren’t true.
There have been a lot of rumors lately that Kim Kardashian and her demanding, diva attitude are getting the better of hubby Kanye West as she nears the end of her pregnancy. Celeb Dirty Laundry has reported that the celebrity power couple is reaching a breaking point due to Kim and her rumored unreasonable behavior. This looks like a case of celebrity writers exaggerating the truth, according Gossip Cop.
