‘Untying The Knot’ Bravo TV Buzz: Lil Wayne’s Ex-Wife, Toya Wright, Gives Her Husband Mickey ‘Memphitz’ An 8-Day Hall Pass To Cheat [Video]

One really interesting new show gaining online buzz is called Untying the Knot. Mickey and Toya Wright are one famous couple featured on Untying the Knot. Toya is best known as the ex-wife of Lil Wayne, and the mother of his daughter, Reginae. When Reginae turned 16, she was featured in the “My Super Sweet 16 | Reginae Carter and Lil Wayne,” a video from MTV. While Regina wanted her parents to spend $500,000 for her party, Toya didn’t agree with spending that much. Lil Wayne told his daughter she could spend whatever she wanted.

“You can have whatever you want, according to me. You’re 16…I hope you enjoy it and deserve it.”

Now Toya is back on reality TV with man troubles once more. Wright had given her husband Mickey “Memphitz” an eight-day hall pass and a $10,000 camera because he claimed to be interested in photography, as reported by Bravo. However, eight days didn’t seem to be enough, and “naked ladies” appeared in photos taken by that pricey camera. The couple’s Untying the Knot episode involved them splitting up the vehicles, diamond jewelry, and more.

According to the description of the show, the aim of Untying the Knot is to help couples break apart with dignity, and without all the drama that can accompany splitting up. With a high-profile divorce lawyer at the helm of Untying the Knot, celebrities find themselves and their relationships in the spotlight as they seek a third party to help them divvy up their goods.

While Mickey gets his eight-day hall pass or more, Toya wasn’t allowed to cheat at all. It’s no wonder this couple ended up untying the knot.

Prior to being with Toya, Mickey was famously in a relationship with K. Michelle, a woman who recently made news herself for getting rid of her butt enhancements and for declaring that she did not bleach her skin. Michelle has been known to speak about the troubling times she had with Mickey, and now that Toya’s troubles with Mickey are being revealed, social media watchers are taking note.

Previously seen in happier times, Memphitz — who is a record company executive — and his estranged wife Toya had taken Reginae to attend the V-103 Private Atlanta Battleship screening at AMC Phipps Plaza. However, that was back in 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia. Now that 2015 has rolled around and news about what really went on behind the closed doors of their marriage has been made public, via Untying the Knot, plenty of Toya’s fans are watching.
