Jade Roper, Tanner Tolbert Of ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Hit Miami For Romantic Weekend
Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert got engaged in the season 2 finale of Bachelor in Paradise, and they have been together ever since. Though their romance was initially a long distance affair, they are now living together and seem to rarely be apart. The two hit the road for a bit of a trip this past weekend, and it certainly appears that they had a blast. What were Tanner and Jade doing?
When Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert left for filming Bachelor in Paradise, she lived in California and he lived in Kansas. Shortly after filming ended, Jade moved to Nashville with bestie Carly Waddell, who was also on the show, though it later turned out that Jade was actually, secretly, spending a lot of time in Kansas with Tanner as the show aired.
Once Tanner and Jade’s engagement was public, she quickly and officially moved in with Tanner in Kansas. By all accounts, their engagement is going very well, and they are making plans for the future. In the meantime, however, it seems they had an opportunity to head to Miami, Florida, for the weekend and they clearly made the most of it.

Tanner and Jade shared several posts on Instagram and multiple Snapchats throughout their Miami adventure. Roper noted that it was a spontanteous and romantic weekend, and she indicated that life was good. Tolbert posted a photo of the duo at the University of Miami Hurricanes football homecoming game, and the Bachelor in Paradise couple checked out the Wynwood Walls graffiti art as well.
While Jade and Tanner made sure to hit the beach and the local tourist spots, they also made sure to get out for a night on the town. Though Tolbert stuck with a casual look, Roper was dressed to the nines for an evening at Loews Miami Beach Hotel.
Bachelor in Paradise fans are, of course, wondering when these two will tie the knot. Will they get married at the beginning of season 3 of the show, much as Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul did in season 2? At this point, neither Roper or Tolbert are sharing anything official in terms of a wedding date or firm plans.

However, Tanner and Jade did recently get engagement photos taken. This is surely a sign of some planning being done for the big day. Shortly after the Bachelor in Paradise finale, host Chris Harrison said that he didn’t think these two would get married on the next season of the summer show.
That comment by Chris wasn’t a sign of a lack of confidence in the couple’s future though. Rather, Harrison indicated that he didn’t think the two would be able to last that long. Though drama often follows couples from this franchise, things have been fairly quiet for Jade and Tanner. They haven’t been hit with anything significant in terms of drama, rumors, or gossip, and they seem to be genuinely doing well as a couple.

What comes next for Tanner and Jade? It seems they have some additional trips planned for various appearances, and Jade has teased that she has been doing a lot of pinning of wedding dresses on Pinterest. Tanner may crack a lot of jokes about how his life has changed since Bachelor in Paradise, quipping on Twitter about how he was at a wedding expo instead of watching football, but it would seem that he loves just about every minute of it.
Bachelor in Paradise fans will have to stay tuned in terms of getting some scoop on Tanner and Jade’s wedding plans, as the duo don’t seem to have any news they’re ready to share quite yet on that front. However, it does seem as if Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert are doing better than ever, and may well beat the odds and make it down the aisle at some point soon.
