Karrueche Tran ‘Happy’ Without Chris Brown, Fans Praise Model For Moving On From ‘Loyal’ Singer

Karrueche Tran is receiving praise from fans after revealing in a new interview that she’s learning to move on from her former relationship with Chris Brown and find happiness, despite her tumultuous history with the “Loyal” singer.

Karrueche opens up about her life after Chris Brown in an interview with Kontrol Magazine, telling the publication that while she’s struggling to date again after splitting from Brown in March, she is focused on learning from her past mistakes.

Karrueche Tran called off her longtime relationship with Chris Brown in March after learning that the “Loyal” singer had fathered a child with model Nia Guzman. While Chris Brown hasn’t been shy about his desire to win back Karrueche despite being unfaithful in their relationship, Karrueche admits that she isn’t “mentally” ready to get into another romantic relationship.

When asked if Tran has moved on romantically from Chris Brown, Karrueche explains that she hasn’t “explored” dating as of yet, noting that she’s unsure if she’s “mentally” prepared due to the constant drama surrounding her and Chris Brown’s split.

Furthermore, Karrueche Tran acknowledges that people are often “intimidated” by the drama that still plagues her former relationship with Chris, noting that the whole experience has led her to be “guarded and very to myself.”

“I learn through experiences and from my mistakes. [Even] my mom never gave me relationship advice. She told me just keep yourself happy.”

Not long after Karrueche’s interview was published, Tran took to Instagram to share a photo of herself enjoying a hookah session with friends. In the photo, Karrueche is seen smiling at the camera before asking fans, “Idk what’s bigger – my smile or my forehead? Lol.”

Karrueche’s fans took to the comments section of the model’s photo to praise Tran for having finally moved on from Chris Brown, with most reflecting on how much happier Karrueche looks now that she is living the single life.

One fan writes, “I’m so happy ur happy,” while another adds, “She looks so much happier here.”

While Karrueche Tran may be dedicated to distancing herself from Chris Brown, Brown recently made headlines for apologizing to Karrueche in a new track, “Sorry,” leading some to believe that there may be a reunion for Karrueche and Chris on the horizon.

A source close to Chris Brown revealed to Urban Islandz that Chris intended for the track to serve as an apology to Karrueche, especially given the circumstances surrounding their highly publicized split.

“It was definitely written for Karrueche and am sure she listens to it. They don’t talk right now but you would have to be a person with no heart not to be moved by a heartfelt joint like this.”

In “Sorry,” Chris Brown sings, “Sorry won’t turn back the clock / Baby I took advantage cause I knew you / Wouldn’t believe it, so I used it / I’m sorry, oh I’m sorry don’t make it right, I know.”

While Karrueche has yet to acknowledge Chris Brown’s apology track, sources close to Chris also admit that Brown isn’t trying to pursue Tran any further after several failed attempts to reconcile.

“There is no telling what might happen if they come in contact again, there is still a lot of bitterness and anger between them,” Chris Brown’s insider explains to Urban Islandz, “For now it’s best they avoid each other until all those wounds are healed.”
