Khloe Kardashian Shocks In Memoir, From Lamar Odom To Kim Kardashian & Caitlyn Jenner: Inside Khloe’s New Show

Khloe Kardashian has authored a new book, Strong Looks Better Naked. And the popular star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians isn’t holding back on topics ranging from Lamar Odom to Kim Kardashian and her sister’s string of exes to her brother Rob Kardashian and parent Caitlyn Jenner, reported E! News.

When it comes to the ex-husbands of Kim, Khloe really lets loose.

“One of Kim’s exes—my least favorite ever—started complaining about life at home. ‘Why don’t you cook for me?’ he told Kim. ‘Khloe cooks for Lamar all the time.’ This happened in front of me, and it really upset me,” Kardashian recalls.

Khloe says she told the unnamed ex-husband of Kim’s that he was rude to contrast the sisters’ relationships as well as too aggressive. She advised him (thought to be Kris Humphries) to ask politely if Kim would cook for him occasionally. But apparently, he didn’t take Khloe’s advice.

“He didn’t treat Kim with respect; he wasn’t kind, and unfortunately, he didn’t get my point, which I guess is one of the many reasons he is an ex,” wrote Kardashian.

As for Lamar, Khloe varies in her emotional account of their relationships. Kardashian reveals in detail how she battled with Odom over his drug addiction and cheating ways, and Khloe also reflects on his failure to communicate. Kardashian even recalls telling her family that Lamar struggled with substance abuse. And when the couple did try to get marriage counseling, Odom sometimes failed to appear, to the disappointment of Kardashian.

“It’s too hard,” complained Lamar of trying to make their marriage work through therapy.

However, Khloe also added an Acknowledgements section commentary about the relationship that she had with Odom, including what she learned from him about strength and being seen as a person.

“Thank you to Lamar for giving me some of the best years of my life and for everything you taught me about being strong. Before I met you I felt invisible, and after I felt seen.”

Many wondered why Khloe seemed so angry about Bruce Jenner’s announcement that he was going to go through a transgender transformation to become Caitlyn Jenner. Kardashian answers that question in her book as well.

“Hurt people tend to hurt people,” confesses Khloe. “I was guilty of doing the same thing with Bruce. I had lost my father, and now I was losing Bruce. Bruce wanted to be a woman and I could only imagine the battle raging inside of his soul. My heart went out to him.”

However, Kardashian admits that despite feeling compassion towards the person who would become Caitlyn Jenner, she still felt a sense of losing someone she loved.

“I saw the transformation [to Caitlyn] as a huge loss,” confesses Khloe.

Kardashian also expresses her concern about Rob Kardashian. Although she emphasizes she loves her brother, Khloe notes that she feels he’s in a state of dark depression. She emphasizes her love and believes that he is aware of that love, but Kardashian makes it clear that she feels her own efforts and those of the family’s have been useless.

“I’ve tried to help him, as has the entire family, but our efforts have largely been in vain. From time to time, though, he decides he’s going to fix things his way, and he plunges in headfirst. Inevitably, it doesn’t work,” reflects Khloe.

And if you aren’t fond of reading, don’t despair. Kardashian is set to tell-all in a different way in her new talk show, Kocktails with Khloe, which is set to air on January 20 at 10 p.m. on the FYI network, reported Variety.

Kocktails with Khloe initially was scheduled to premiere this year. However, after Lamar was found unconscious in a brothel in Nevada, reportedly of a drug overdose, Kardashian rushed to be with Odom. Because their divorce was never finalized, as his legal wife she retained responsibility for making his medical decisions. Since that brush with death, Khloe has remained, for the most part, close to her formerly estranged husband’s side as he recovers.

Kardashian plans to include family members as well as pals and stars in her new talk show. From cooking to the cocktails promised in the title of her series to games and more, the series currently is planned for an eight-episode run.

Will Caitlyn and Khloe finally hash out all those hurt feelings on her new talk show? Will Lamar be one of those family members to appear on the show? Only Khloe Kardashian knows for sure.
