Gigi Hadid has been confirmed to walk in this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show alongside her BFF Kendall Jenner. She’s already been the face of major fashion campaigns and runway shows, but it’ll be her first time modeling for the sexy lingerie brand.
Now that the news is out, Gigi Hadid has been proving that she has what it takes to be a Victoria’s Secret Angel. The model has been absolutely glowing lately. That’s probably because one of her biggest dreams has finally come true. Hadid will be one of the many models walking the catwalk at the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The blonde beauty could hardly contain her excitement when she attended her workout session in SoHo earlier this week. Hadid sported a black sports bra, which showed off her toned tummy and cleavage. Her hot bod proves that she’s the perfect VS model.
But the Guess model kept it simple with the rest of her look, which she paired with a black motorcycle jacket and black leggings with coral stripes. Gigi then completed her look with prismatic shades, gray sneakers, and a black leather gym bag. She threw up trademark blonde hair into a high top knot.

Gigi Hadid has already transformed herself into a Victoria’s Secret Angel, according to a recent report via the Hollywood Life. The “It” girl has been rocking the brand’s signature bombshell waves and bronzed skin in preparation for the big show, which will air on December 8 on CBS. Hadid has been sharing several photos of herself preparing for the big night, where she’ll be walking alongside Victoria’s Secret alum like Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, and Lily Aldridge.
Even her makeup artist, Patrick Ta, shared a photo of Gigi preparing for the show. Meanwhile, Jen Atkin has styled the gorgeous model’s blonde hair into soft beachy waves. Gigi hasn’t just been putting work into her look, she’s also been kicking up her workout routine with boxing workouts at New York’s Gotham Gym. She shared this photo of herself training with Mary Helen Bowers at the Beautiful Ballet Gym. She captioned the photo: “mornings with @balletbeautiful, nights with @gothamgym.”
The 20-year-old also showed off her Victoria’s Secret glow when she was spotted at Kendall Jenner’s birthday party. Hadid wore a white angelic V-neck Designers Remix silk blouse with black cigarette tuxedo trousers. Hadid then took her look to the next level by pairing it with a Jennifer Fisher choker and Giuseppe Zanotti chandelier stilettos that made her sparkle and shine, just like the Victoria’s Secret Angels do on the runway.

Gigi Hadid was overjoyed when she learned that she would be one of the sexy models walking down the runway. Gigi attended the casting call for the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last week. During her audition, Hadid had to strut her stuff in just a black lace bra and matching panties in front of Victoria’s Secret’s marketing officer, Ed Razek. He asked her, “What are you doing November 9th and 10th?” Hadid shyly responded, “I don’t know.” He then asked, “Why don’t you come join?” Hadid couldn’t hold in her excitement as she dropped to her knees and cried.

Gigi Hadid is already familiar with the Victoria’s Secret brand. She was previously featured in a campaign for the brand’s sister label, PINK, but this will be the first time that she will walk alongside both Victoria’s Secret models and Sports Illustrated models. Earlier this month, it was announced that Rihanna, Selena Gomez, and the Weeknd would perform at the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Along with Hadid and Jenner’s announcements, it’s also been announced that Rihanna has been replaced by British popstar Ellie Goulding.
The IMG-represented model is the perfect model for Victoria’s Secret. Not only does Hadid have a gorgeous face and a killer bod, but she also has the personality to pull off the brand’s flirty and sexy styles. Combined with her social media following, Hadid could take the lingerie brand to the next level by making them more appealing to her younger fans.
