Ronda Rousey, 28, On Sex: Don’t Use Lube, Bite Teeth, Or Wear Skinny Jeans
Ronda Rousey has opened up on her “Rousey rules of dating,” that is, the things that are turn ons and turn offs for Ronda. A new article from Maxim, titled “UFC Queen Ronda Rousey Reveals the Secret to Great Sex,” is getting plenty of views, because of all the personal views the popular MMA superstar reveals therein.
One 31-year-old guy asked Ronda about her preference for how a man dresses on the first date, and that’s when Rousey revealed that she doesn’t like a guy to wear skinny jeans. Nor does Ronda like it when a guy takes longer than she does to get ready. Instead of skinny jeans that require a man to turn them inside out in order to take them off, Rousey prefers a man to simply dress for comfort. Whether that means sagging jeans, one wonders.

It’s a simple life for Ronda that appeals to her, dating wise. Rousey spoke of being picked up in a pick-up truck and driven out to the mountains in Malibu for her perfect date. No need for the pressure of taking a woman like Ronda out to Nobu all the time — something that can be easily discerned with Ronda’s down to earth, don’t-be-a-do-nothing personality. Instead, a portable mattress and hard cider is all Rousey needs for a romantic time.
“I love waking up to Sunday morning pancakes. The whole process of making them, just out in the kitchen together making pancakes on a Sunday morning, that’s an experience every girl should have.”
Tailgating and drinking beer are a good time for Rousey — and apparently eating pancakes on the Sabbath.
“As far as the best present, If a guy showed up at my door with some buffalo wings and cider beer, that’d be it for me. Because I have all the stuff that I want. Buffalo wings and cider is all I need.”
When it comes to her love life, Rousey doesn’t like a guy who kisses Ronda who keeps clanking her teeth. With Ronda’s teeth hitting the guy’s teeth, that’s too much for Rousey to deal with.
“For what you should never do: Don’t bite my teeth! If my teeth are repeatedly hitting your teeth, then there’s a problem with what you’re doing. That freaks me out. I don’t like it. It’s terrible. I have a thing about my teeth. Even though I do a sport where I get punched in the face for a living, if your teeth hit my teeth more than a few times, I’m over it already.”
The best part of Ronda’s Maxim interview was saved for last. That’s when Rousey doled out her best advice on why folks shouldn’t need Astroglide or all those other sexual lubricants at their bedsides. Ronda charges the guy with taking enough time to get the woman ready for sex.
“Take his time. In general, a girl takes a minute. He needs to get her ready. You should never need lube in your life. If you need lube, than you’re being lazy… and you’re not taking your time.”
Ronda could be putting some undue pressure on guys whose women need to avail themselves of the Mona Lisa Touch therapy that’s been buzzed about lately, but one understands Rousey’s point clearly. Besides, Rousey is only 28-years-old, and likely doesn’t know much about menopause.
