Kendall Jenner: Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Newest Gig For Reality TV Star? [Update]

Sources are reporting big news for Kendall Jenner: the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show could be next for the 20-year-old supermodel.

E! News is reporting that Kendall Jenner has booked the December 8 fashion show, joining fellow supermodel Gigi Hadid and Lily Aldridge to walk the Victoria’s Secret runway.

“Looks like we’re going to see another familiar face on the runway during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show,” E! News reports. “E! News has exclusively learned from multiple sources that Kendall Jenner has booked a spot for the big night that is set to air on CBS on Dec. 8.”

Update: Victoria’s Secret has announced that Ellie Goulding will be joining Selena Gomez and The Weeknd at the 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Rihanna’s previously announced appearance has been canceled.

The news outlet goes on to note that Kendall Jenner “is no stranger to flaunting her figure.” If you don’t know what they mean, check out the photos from Kendall Jenner’s 20th birthday party.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is the most recent in a slew of modeling campaigns Kendall has been a part of. According to Hollywood Life, which calls Kendall the “model of the moment,” the now 20-year-old had a busy year. In 2015 alone, Jenner was seen on the cover of Cosmopolitan, Love magazine, and GQ. She also was the subject of a shoot in Harper’s Bazaar.

Additionally, the reality TV star-turned-supermodel has been featured in ad campaigns for Estée Lauder, Fendi, and Calvin Klein Jeans. She’s walked the runway for Chanel and Versace.

Hollywood Life also notes that Jenner was named one of the “30 Most Influential Teens” by Time Magazine. Of Jenner, Time Magazine wrote the following.

“In addition to her impressive fashion resume—walking the runway for Chanel and Versace and gracing the covers of GQ, Cosmopolitan, Allure, and Vogue Paris—Jenner is also the subject of the most-liked photo in Instagram history. The image, depicting the reality star with her hair in heart shapes, has logged some 3.1 million taps approval, smashing a record (2.4 million) set by her own sister, Kim Kardashian.”

Instagram photos aside, it seems as if the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is the perfect fit for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Kylie Jenner brings a perfect combination of experience, expertise, and star power to the show — which, admittedly, is already loaded with superstars. In fact, Jenner, Hadid, and Aldridge aren’t the only big names who will be a part of the show.

Additionally, the show will feature musical performances from Selena Gomez, Rihanna, and The Weeknd. And, of course, fans can expect plenty of the well-known Victoria’s Secret angels during the high-energy fashion show.
