Stassi Schroeder, Patrick Meagher: Is ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Still Dating Boyfriend?

Stassi Schroeder and her boyfriend Patrick Meagher are going strong, despite running into a few hiccups earlier this year. As Stassi Schroeder prepares for her Season 4 Vanderpump Rules return, fans are wondering whether Meagher will make an appearance, and while it doesn’t seem that he will, Stassi Schroeder recently confirmed their relationship is very much intact.

“Happy Chanel-o-ween,” Stassi Schroeder wrote on Instagram on October 31, along with a photo of herself and Meagher.

Then, on Sunday, November 1, Stassi Schroeder shared a second photo, which also featured herself and her boyfriend, and in the caption, she explained, “Chanel Oberlin’s all into those man-bunned basketball players now. #byechad.”

Stassi Schroeder began dating Meagher after filming the second season of Vanderpump Rules. At the time, Stassi Schroeder had just discovered news of her ex-boyfriend, Jax Taylor, sleeping with her former best friend, Kristen Doute, and had wanted to get away. So, upon meeting Meagher, Stassi Schroeder quit her job at SUR Lounge, where Vanderpump Rules is shot, and moved in with Meagher in New York City.

Once she moved, rumors began swirling, claiming Stassi Schroeder likely wouldn’t be returning to Vanderpump Rules. However, ahead of Season 3, Stassi Schroeder returned to Los Angeles with boyfriend Meagher in tow and began filming the third season of the show in a part-time role, which was reduced from her previous full-time role. But while Stassi Schroeder appeared on the show’s third season, boyfriend Meagher steered clear of the cameras, choosing to instead focus on his career on Sirius XM radio.

Earlier this year, after Season 3 came to an end, Stassi Schroeder was once again rumored to be leaving, and then in May, she announced she wouldn’t be back during an episode of her Podcast series, Straight Up With Stassi. But again, ahead of filming, Stassi Schroeder wandered back to Bravo and began filming.

“It is so embarrassing. I was like, ‘No, I’m definitely not!’ And then it’s like, ‘Yup, here I am!'” Stassi Schroeder told Entertainment Tonight in October. “I took a break and I did some soul searching. There are actually some reasons I want to come back. You’ll see them on the show.”

During Season 4, Stassi Schroeder met with her former boss, Lisa Vanderpump, which she claims was one of “the roughest days I had.”

“I think she was really, really hard on me. I’ve been doing my best to kind of just rectify the specific wrong things that I felt I had done, but I’m not willing to grovel by any means.”

“The relationship is never going to be the same,” Schroeder added of her dynamic with Vanderpump, both on the show and off.

Also during her chat with Entertainment Tonight, Stassi Schroeder spoke of Meagher, admitting that things haven’t been quite as easy as she anticipated when it came to their relationship.

“We have our ups and downs, and we’ve broken up and gotten back together. It’s not like everything is just perfect, but we’re happy, and we’re trying.”

And as for Meagher’s role on upcoming seasons of the show, Stassi Schroeder hinted that fans may get to see more of her love life in the seasons that are to come.

“He gets more and more comfortable with it every day,” she said. “If there’s a season 5 — if I’m welcomed back — there’s a possibility.”
