Lindsay Lohan’s Brother, Michael, Arrested
Lindsay Lohan’s brother, Michael Lohan, may be following in the footsteps of his famous older sister. According to Page Six, the Lohan sibling was arrested due to a fake executive branch placard on his car windshield in order to skip out on paying for parking.
According to the report, his 2015 Audi was parked in a metered zone outside of his apartment in Gramercy Park. When he was approached by a New York state police officer, Michael Lohan said, “This is my car. No one else drives it.”
When Lohan failed to prove that he worked for a New York State Executive Branch, as stated on his placard, he was arrested and charged with, “criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree and criminal impersonation in the second degree.”

According to his lawyer, Mark Heller, Michael Lohan didn’t intentionally mean to defy the law. Heller said that Lohan stated, “I have never been arrested, and I’m a very hardworking and successful entrepreneur.”
One issue that will be brought up in court during his December 14 appearance is the fact that the police officer in question arrested him and searched his car without a warrant. Lohan’s lawyer said, “We have a good case. I’m confident the case will be dismissed.”
Back in 2014, the New York Post wrote up a feature on the younger Lohan, and named him the “Lohan family member you might actually respect.” Back then, Michael was known as Lindsay’s protector, despite the siblings being four years apart. At the time, Michael told the New York Post about trying to keep an eye out on the company that Lindsay kept.
“I like to weed out the good and the bad people.?.?. and make sure that the people around her know that she has a much stronger support group.”
Lohan, Jr. continued, “She’s a grown woman, so she needs to make her own decisions. I can’t hold her hand along the way, and she doesn’t expect me to do that. [If I did,] I would be enabling her myself.”

Hopefully we won’t be hearing more about Michael as far as troubles with the law are concerned.
As for Michael’s big sister Lindsay, according to Fox News, Lohan has announced that she wants to run for president in 2020. At the time Lohan referenced Kanye West’s bid for the seat at the White House. While West announced his plans to run in 2020 through his speech during the MTV Video Music Awards, Lohan used an unconventional way of announcing that she was interested in running.

After she announced that she was running, Lohan posted another picture on Instagram, this time it was a photo of her and West. She captioned the photo with, “The first thing I would like to do as president of [America] is take care of all of the children suffering in the world. #queenELIZABETH showed me how by having me in her country.”
As far as if Lindsay will be ineligible to run for president, well that’s a whole other story entirely. Lohan’s legal troubles have been widely reported for years now. She’s been arrested a total of six times with charges of DUIs, theft, and cocaine possession.
