Chick-Fil-A Ad ‘All-You-Can-Eat Chicken Nuggets And Waffle Fries On Friday, October 30’ Goes Viral

Call it the Chick-Fil-A ad heard around the world. As seen in the below image of the ad, Chick-Fil-A is reportedly offering an amazing “All You Can Eat Nugget Day” on Friday, October 30, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., for prices that seem reasonable for endless piles of chicken nuggets. The Chick-Fil-A ad shows a price of $12.99 for adults and $8.99 for kids 12 years old and younger. However — there’s one big catch to the Chick-Fil-A “All You Can Eat Nugget Day” ad that’s found right below the Chick-Fil-A logo. It says “St. Pete Beach,” tipping off Chick-Fil-A fans that this promotion is very limited.

As reported by Yahoo, the Chick-fil-A ad promising all that bounty of chicken nuggets and waffle fries on Friday for a reduced price made people start buzzing all over social media.

The ad promising all-you-can-eat chicken nuggets at Chick-Fil-A was posted to Facebook, and has more than 167,000 shares, along with a plethora of comments as well. However, most folks probably don’t realize that the Chick-Fil-A offer was only relegated to one single store, and not all Chick-Fil-A stores across the nation.

That’s sad news for folks who love Chick-fil-A and their salty chicken nuggets and waffle fries — plus those buttery biscuits and that sweet, pulp-filled lemonade. No doubt plenty of parties were already being planned at Chick-Fil-A stores around the country, with broke college students and anyone who likes a bargain wanting to get in on the Chick-Fil-A deal.

However, the Chick-Fil-A all-you-can eat deal, as reported by the Tampa Bay Times, is only for the Chick-fil-A at 4623 Gulf Blvd in St. Pete Beach, Florida. The viral nature of the Internet sent the Chick-fil-A Facebook announcement for their all-you-can-eat chicken nugget deal well beyond Florida, and left some people wondering more about the Chick-fil-A deal on social media.

On Twitter, news about the Chick-Fil-A all-you-can-eat deal is already causing memes to explode and tweets about disappointed Chick-Fil-A fans around the nation. Perhaps Chick-Fil-A will respond at some point by expanding their all-you-can-eat deal to all states in the wake of this PR nightmare. It’s one that teaches a lesson to flier graphic designers and others to include large text such as “Chick-Fil-A all-you-can-eat deal at St. Pete Beach location ONLY” in large fonts that are bold that get folks’ attention and try to escape the confusion now felt.

“I’m seeing a popular post coming across my timeline, saying that on October 30th it’s all you can eat nuggets?? Could you please confirm or deny? Lol I can’t seem to get a straight answer.”

Chick-Fil-A might have deleted the post about the St. Pete Beach promotion, but that didn’t stop the Chick-fil-A deal from going viral anyway. On Chick-Fil-A’s Facebook page, people are asking if the all-you-can-eat promotion is nationwide or not.

Although Chick-Fil-A confirmed that the October 30 promotion is indeed just at their St. Pete Beach, Florida, location, that doesn’t mean that the same promotion can’t be held at other times in other locations. A Chick-Fil-A worker commented on Facebook, urging folks to check their local Chick-Fil-A Facebook pages for more info.

“Depends on your Chick-Fil-A…the one I work at in Mt. Dora, Florida, we just had ours around the end of the month….check your area Chick-Fil-A pages for details!! Have fun!!”

For example, a Chick-Fil-A in the Ohio area posts their various promotions. As for the all-you-can-eat deal, Mark Baldwin, a Chick-Fil-A spokesperson, said ads like the one for St. Pete Beach have to make it clear it’s just for one location.

“It is just that one St. Pete Beach location, not all Chick-fil-A’s in the Tampa and St. Pete area.”

Chick-Fil-A is expecting a big crowd for that promotion.
