Bristol Palin Talks About New Reality Show ‘Life’s A Tripp’

Are you ready for more Bristol Palin? The daughter of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin will be starring in her own reality show, “Life’s a Tripp,” this Summer on Lifetime.

The show, which will air on June 19th, will focus on Bristol and her three-year-old son Tripp. Bristol has spent plenty of time in front of the camera (Dancing With The Stars, Sarah Palin’s Alaska…) but still said that it was a little strange to have the cameras following her around all the time. Her son Tripp, however, didn’t mind the cameras at all.

Today on Good Morning America, Bristol said:

“I don’t really think you get used to all of it but Tripp was used to it the whole time. He’s didn’t care if the cameras were there or not. He’s still going to be rowdy, he’s still going to be a little terror, but it was fun. It was a lot of fun.”

Last month, Palin received a lot of hateful comments when she spoke out against President Obama’s endorsement of gay marriage. The reality show star knows that her detractors are rooting for her to fail, but said that the heated comments only encourage her to speak her mind.

Palin said:

“I think I have tough skin and I know that God is on my side and my faith is everything to me. It’s just the root of my life and my family’s life and I think it will do well. And when people are talking poorly about me, I think it just gives me more motivation to want to do more and want to speak up even louder and they’re just not doing themselves well by doing that.”
