Madonna Flashes Crowd In Istanbul
Accidental nip-slips, AKA wardrobe malfunctions, have become a staple of the entertainment industry (ask Lindsay Lohan) but there was nothing accidental about Madonna’s performance this week in Istanbul. The 53-year-old singer stripped on stage and flashed her right breast to the crowd.
NME.com reports that Madonna, who is currently on her MDNA world tour, was performing her song “Human Nature” on Friday night in Istanbul. The singer started shedding her clothes until she was wearing nothing but skimpy lingerie on stage. The singer than took it one step forward and briefly exposed her right nipple.
This, of course, is not new for Madonna. The singer has frequently caused controversy (and posed nude) throughout her career. At this point, Madonna naked isn’t really that shocking.
The singer did manage to stir up some controversy earlier on her tour, however. During her concert in Tel Aviv last week she showed an image of French National Front leader Marine Le Pen with a swastika over her face.
Le Pen told the Daily Mail:
“We understand how old singers who need to get people talking about them go to such extremes… If she does that in France, we’ll be waiting.”
