Liza Morales’ Children Destiny And Lamar Odom Jr. Return To New York

Liza Morales has returned to New York City with her two children, 17-year-old Destiny and 13-year-old Lamar Odom Jr., in tow. Just over a week after Liza Morales’ ex-boyfriend, Lamar Odom, the father of her children, was hospitalized in Las Vegas, she traveled back to the East Coast, where Destiny and Lamar Jr. resumed their studies.

Liza Morales and her kids went back to NYC “so they can go back to school,” an insider explained to Radar Online on October 22. “Destiny is in high school and she has already missed almost a week of instruction.”

Liza Morales and her children arrived in Las Vegas on Wednesday, October 14, after learning Odom had been found unconscious. One day prior, Odom’s wife, Khloe Kardashian, flew to Sin City with her mother, Kris Jenner, and sister, Kim Kardashian. Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner arrived a short time later, as did Kendall Jenner, and other members of Odom’s family, including his aunt, JaNean Mercer, and father, Joe Odom.

While Odom initially wasn’t doing well, as Daily Mail revealed, he later came out of his coma, and the majority of his organs began to resume their normal function. He also began communicating with those in his hospital room, which likely included Liza Morales.

Liza Morales and Odom dated for 10 years and welcomed three children together. However, their youngest child, a son, died of SIDS at just six months old.

After Odom’s relationship with Liza Morales came to an end, he moved on with Kardashian after meeting at a party thrown by mutual friend Metta World Peace, Odom’s former teammate. The couple married a short time later, and remained in a relationship until 2013, when Odom reportedly began using drugs and cheating on his wife. However, due to their divorce papers not being signed at the time Odom was hospitalized, it was Kardashian who was left in charge of his medical decisions.

While Kardashian appears to have been a major support for Odom during his health crisis, Liza Morales may not agree with her decision to move him from Las Vegas to Los Angeles.

“The only reason Lamar was moved to Cedars for the Kardashian family convenience. Lamar was getting fantastic care in Las Vegas…Any suggestion that he needed to be transferred for a higher level of care is nonsense.”

At this point, Odom is receiving treatment in West Hollywood, California, where doctors continue to monitor his “critical” condition.

Meanwhile, due to Odom’s marriage to Kardashian, his kids and their mother, Liza Morales, “aren’t being consulted about his medical care.”

Although Liza Morales and her children aren’t calling the shots when it comes to Odom’s care, Kardashian is reportedly doing what she can to keep in touch with Destiny and Lamar Jr.

“Khloe has promised to stay in daily contact with the kids, and will FaceTime with them whenever possible. Still, it’s not the same as being there. It’s uncertain when the kids will see Lamar again.”

After news of Odom’s hospitalization broke, Liza Morales’ oldest child, daughter Destiny, shared several tweets with fans, claiming she was heading to the hospital and would never let her father go, but after the tweets began to circulate the web, her account was deleted.

While Liza Morales shared a couple of tweets with fans after her former partner was hospitalized, she hasn’t posted any new updates since returning home to New York City.
