Kris Jenner Wants Lamar Odom To Return For New Episodes Of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’?

Kris Jenner is reportedly hoping Lamar Odom will return to Keeping Up with the Kardashians. As the former professional athlete continues to receive medical care after suffering a drug overdose last week, the Kardashians matriarch is allegedly plotting his return to their family’s reality series on the E! Network.

“This would be a huge ratings win,” a source reportedly told Naughty Gossip of Kris Jenner’s alleged plan to have Odom return for new episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

On October 13, Odom was hospitalized in Las Vegas after being found unconscious at a brothel in Pahrump, Nevada. According to a report by TMZ, the husband of Kris Jenner’s daughter, Khloe Kardashian, Odom was left in a coma with many of his organs failing after partying at the Love Ranch South with a number of women. Once he was stabilized at a local hospital, Odom was taken to a second facility, and Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, and Kim Kardashian arrived in town a short time later.

In the days that followed Odom’s hospitalization, the basketball player remained in a coma, which wasn’t good news to Kris Jenner and the rest of the family. According to reports at the time, Odom’s failure to make any headway was only further hurting his future prognosis. Luckily, however, on Friday of last week, Odom came out of his coma and began communicating. In fact, via Page Six, Odom told wife Khloe, “Hey baby.”

Since then, Kris Jenner’s son-in-law has been relocated to Los Angeles, where he remains at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with Khloe at his side.

“Rather than wait, [Kris Jenner] thinks the family should do it now,” the source allegedly said of rumors about Odom’s return to the show.

“[Kris Jenner] is talking about changing the schedule around and pushing the next [Keeping Up with the Kardashians] taping to 2016, replacing it with a show that focuses just on Lamar’s troubles. [Kris Jenner] knows timing is everything, and now it is all about Lamar.”

“Kim thought this next season would be all about her and her new baby boy, well think again… No decision has been made,” the source reportedly continued. “Another option is to go ahead as planned and including Lamar in the show.”

After he and Khloe arrived back to Los Angeles, the couple shocked fans when they filed to have their divorce dismissed, meaning they would remain married. According to a TMZ report on October 22, Khloe agreed to give Odom a second chance at their marriage after he promised to steer clear of all drugs in the future. In a conversation with Khloe, the youngest daughter of Kris Jenner and the later Robert Kardashian Sr., Odom reportedly thanked her for all the support she’s given him since last Tuesday and vowed to be drug-free for the remainder of his life.

In other Odom news, he has reportedly learned an important lesson due to his overdose.

“Lamar feels like this whole experience has been a blessing in disguise. He’s saying this is his rock bottom and that his new life started the day he woke up from the coma. He needed something drastic to happen to stop Khloe from divorcing him and it happened,” a source told Hollywood Life on October 20.
