Kourtney Kardashian Pregnant At Kim Kardashian’s Birthday Party — And Kris Jenner Is Also Sporting A Baby Bump!

Kourtney Kardashian showed off a shocking baby bump at Kim Kardashian’s birthday party on Wednesday, October 21, but luckily for the recently split reality star, it wasn’t real.

During Kim’s bash, which was thrown by her husband, rapper Kanye West, Kourtney Kardashian, and other guests, including her mother, Kris Jenner, and makeup artist Joyce Bonelli, sported fake baby bumps so that they would match the birthday girl’s real baby bump (Kim and Kanye are currently expecting their second child).

Although Kourtney Kardashian’s baby bump wasn’t real last night, she hinted that she would like to have a fourth child soon in the caption of the photo.

“I wasn’t expecting to look this way again quite yet, but Happy Pregnant Birthday @kimkardashian!!” Kourtney Kardashian wrote on October 21.

After the party was over, Kourtney Kardashian’s younger sister, Kim, shared the following message with fans on Instagram.

“My husband never ceases the amaze me! He rented out the entire movie theater to screen the new Steve Jobs (It’s sooooo good BTW) and had all of my family & close friends come dressed up as their best pregnant Kim look (fake baby bumps provided on arrival!) Not sure if that was to make me feel less huge or just a fun cool theme but I loved it & had the best time ever, feeling so very comfortable eating churros with a bunch of pregnant women! Just what I needed, the perfect chill yummy food birthday!!!!”

Kourtney Kardashian is currently a mother of three children, all of whom she welcomed during her nine-year relationship with Scott Disick. The couple had been dating on and off for the last several years, as fans have seen on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, until this past summer, when Disick was photographed getting cozy with his ex-girlfriend while on vacation in Europe.

While Kourtney Kardashian has seemed to be quite lenient with Disick’s behavior in the past, she put her foot down after being humiliated by the disrespectful photos of Disick and Chloe Bartoli and moved on from the relationship.

Since the breakup, Kourtney Kardashian has remained focused on her three kids, as well as her fitness, which she’s shown off in a number of recent Instagram photos. After having three children, Kourtney Kardashian appears to be in the best shape of her life, and according to reports, Disick wants her back.

Kourtney Kardashian and Disick remain split, but with Disick in rehab, that could soon change. Although it’s hard to say what the future holds for the troubled pair, Kourtney Kardashian may opt to keep her family together if Disick can put his wild ways behind him.

As Disick is in rehab, Kourtney Kardashian’s brother-in-law, Lamar Odom, is receiving care at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he has been since Monday after suffering a drug overdose last Tuesday. On October 13, as TMZ reported, Odom was found unconscious at a brothel in Las Vegas and immediately hospitalized. Upon hearing the news, Kourtney Kardashian flew to Las Vegas with sister Khloe, who has remained at his bedside ever since. Although Odom was in a coma as of last Tuesday, he woke up on Friday, October 16 and has been responsive ever since. He has also gotten back together with Khloe.
