Kaley Cuoco Slams Dating Rumors On Instagram, Claims ‘No Home Wreckers Or Secret Flings Going On Here’

As soon as Kaley Cuoco announced her divorce, rumors of her next romance began, including rumors that she is dating Big Bang Theory co-star Johnny Galecki. Cuoco and Galecki took to Instagram this week to slam dating rumors for good.

Kaley Cuoco was “[s]o sorry to disappoint,” and revealed that there are “no home wreckers or secret flings going on here.” According to Kaley, the pair are just good friends.

Dating rumors began after a source close to Cuoco told Hollywood Life magazine that “Kaley has a special bond with Johnny, an intensity she never had with Ryan.”

To make matters worse, according to Gossip Cop, tabloid the National Enquirer noted that Kaley Cuoco “leaned on” her Big Bang Theory co-star during her divorce from professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting. An “insider” said that Kaley Cuoco “never stopped having feelings” for her on-screen husband, and also stated that Cuoco “returned to the only man she totally trusts.”

The tabloid also reported that Kaley Cuoco begged Johnny Galecki to take her back, and surmised their feelings for each other were growing stronger.

According to Cuoco, “[m]e and @sanctionedjohnnygalecki are just the best of buds- Leonard and Penny will just have to suffice!!!”

In the photos, which both Kaley and Johnny shared, the pair sit next to each other on a park bench. In one photo, Kaley shrugs her shoulders while Galecki stares inquisitively into the camera. In the second photo the pair fist pump, as good friends often do. Cuoco looks relaxed in a white t-shirt and slim black pants, and sunglasses adorn her face.

Johnny Galecki echoed his co-star’s words, sharing his own photo over Instagram and announcing, “No scandals / home wreckers / pregnancies here, y’all. Just profound friendship.”

Gossip Cop also confirmed Cuoco and Galecki are just good friends, and was told by a source close to Cuoco that any reports that Cuoco has rekindled her romance with her co-star are “ridiculous” and “not true.”

Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting “mutually decided” to divorce just last month after 21 months of marriage; although, Cuoco waited two weeks to announce the news. They began dating in September 2013, and were married at a New Year’s Eve ceremony that same year, reported Gossip Cop.

According to Gossip Cop, immediately following the news that Kaley was single, rumors emerged that a divorce was inevitable because Cuoco allegedly had an “explosive temper” and loved “binge drinking.” However, a source close to Cuoco revealed that neither statement was true.

Another rumor claimed that Ryan Sweeting was addicted to painkillers after a 2014 back surgery, and, according to People magazine, Sweeting struggled “with injuries and barely practiced tennis.” Both Sweeting and Cuoco “seemed miserable” before their divorce, and, according to a source close to Cuoco and Sweeting, “the tension was noticeable” between Cuoco and her ex-husband, and “you could tell the honeymoon phase had ended.”

One reason for the divorce? According to People, “Kaley and Ryan seem to have totally different personalities.” Ryan Sweeting is a professional tennis player who has not won a major match since 2011, while “Kaley is extremely focused and high-energy.”

As a professional actress on The Big Bang Theory, Cuoco “seems to always be working,” and during “her off time, [Kaley] also keeps very busy,” the magazine reports.

According to Entertainment Tonight, when Kaley Cuoco ended her marriage to Ryan Sweeting, it “didn’t come out of left field or a shock to anyone close to them” and divorce was “a long time coming.” A source close to Cuoco revealed to Entertainment Tonight that one reason for her divorce was that Cuoco”realized she wants to be with a guy who has a job and is motivated.”

Just last April, however, Cuoco took to Instagram to applaud her husband, claiming, “I have never been more proud of anyone on this planet.” Cuoco highlighted Sweeting for “fighting back from a whirlwind of injuries,” and admonished the media for the “constant ‘conversation’ regarding our marriage.”

In the caption, Kaley Cuoco also slammed the media for dissecting “basically any daily decision we decide to make.”
