Kris Jenner Photographed At Hospital As Lamar Odom Remains In A Coma With His Heart Failing

Kris Jenner has been photographed at the hospital where Lamar Odom is currently being treated. On October 14, TMZ shared photos of Kris Jenner with her hand to her head, looking understandably distraught about Odom’s current state.

Kris Jenner is the mother of Odom’s ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian, to whom he was married from 2009 until 2013. The couple split after rumors began swirling regarding his alleged affairs and drug use.

Kris Jenner was at Odom and Kardashian’s side when they decided to get married in September 2009 after knowing one another for just one month. The two met at a party in Los Angeles thrown by Odom’s then-teammate Ron Artest (aka Metta World Peace) and immediately fell in love. Their whirlwind romance took many by storm, but Kris Jenner was supportive of their marriage and was seen helping to plan their elegant wedding during episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Kris Jenner was also at Kardashian’s side when she and Odom parted ways, and according to many reports, Kris Jenner has continuously reached out to Odom from time to time in hopes of maintaining their relationship. As TMZ pointed out, Kris Jenner and her children are the closest things Odom has to a family.

In June, following the death of Odom’s long-time best friend, Jamie Sangouthai, Radar Online reported Kris Jenner and Khloe had gotten in touch with Odom in hopes of helping him cope. Below is what their source revealed just months ago.

“[Kris Jenner] and Khloe have both spoken to Lamar. They are trying to console him. They really want to make sure that he is ok right now and that he knows that they will do anything for him. Khloe knows how Lamar can turn to drugs and alcohol to numb his pain. She is keeping him from a dark place. She hopes that she can help him right now.”

Kris Jenner and her daughter have been torn about the end of her relationship with Odom, and the issues have been discussed on a number of occasions on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. However, despite Odom’s attempts at reconciliation his and Khloe’s relationship, the two didn’t seem to be in contact at the time of his incident on Tuesday.

On October 13, TMZ was first to report news of Odom being found unconscious at a brothel in Las Vegas. According to their report, Odom had been partying at the facility since Saturday and was discovered by a woman staff member on Tuesday afternoon. After being found, Odom, who was said to have had mucus running out of his nose and mouth, was taken via ambulance to a nearby hospital and later relocated to a second facility, where he remains in a coma with his heart failing.

TMZ’s report regarding Kris Jenner’s appearance at the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas was as follows.

“A visibly upset Kris Jenner tried wrapping her head around Lamar Odom’s fight for life.”

According to the report, Kris Jenner and many members of her family, including Rob, Kim, and Khloe, took a private jet to Las Vegas just two hours after the website broke news of Odom’s hospitalization. While Kris Jenner was photographed outside of the hospital, Khloe is said to be “distraught, sitting by Lamar’s bedside.”

Kris Jenner has not yet spoken out about Odom’s health on social media. Her last Instagram post was shared on October 13, hours after news broke of Odom’s hospitalization.
