Watch India Vs. South Africa 2nd ODI, Cricket Live Online: Streaming Info, India Try To Pull Level

India cricket fans find their heroes desperate for a win against South Africa, so they will want to watch the two nations’ second One Day International match live online, as India tries to rebound from a heartbreaking five run defeat that saw the Men in Blue, batting second, enter the 50th and final over needing 11 to win with Captain M.S. Dhoni at the crease.

But what looked like a solid position quickly fell apart as 20-year-old South Africa pace bowler Kagiso Rabada took two wickets, including Dhoni’s, to leave India five runs short after South Africa’s top batsman, A.B. deVilliers, put up a 104 not out.

In fact, India has lost all three matches of the 10-week tour by visiting South Africa so far — both of the two T20 Internationals and the first ODI. A third T20 was washed out by rain before a ball was bowled.

But on Wednesday, the series moves to Holkar Cricket Stadium in the central India metropolis of Indore, a ground where the India national team has never lost an ODI cricket match, the last one coming in 2011 when India rolled to a dominant, 153-run triumph over West Indies led by a massive 219 from Virender Sehwag.

India has played two other ODI matches at Holkar, both against England, winning by seven runs in 2006 and 54 runs in 2008.

To find out how to watch the second ODI India vs. South Africa cricket match live online, see the streaming information at the bottom of this article. Game time for the day-night ODI match is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. India Standard Time at Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore, India, on Wednsday, October 14. Cricket fans in the United States can catch the live stream beginning at 4 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, 1 a.m. Pacific.

India has a major problem heading into the second ODI against South Africa, however, losing 29-year-old Ravichandran Ashwin, the right-arm off-break spinner who has been India’s top bowler all year and the only one who seemed to cause issues for South Africa’s batsmen. Ashwin left the first ODI mid-innings with a side strain, and the injury has persisted, ruling him out for the second 50-overs match.

India will bring in another right-armer, off spinner Harbhajan Singh, to hold down the fort for Ashwin.

Dhoni, India’s highest-paid and most popular cricketer, has had a tough year. After India was bounced from the ICC Cricket World Cup in the semifinals, Dhoni captained the Chennai Super Kings of the Indian Premier League and lost in a semifinal match again. Then, in June, India took on subcontinent rivals Bangladesh in a three-ODO series and promptly lost the first two and the series, before salvaging their dignity with a 77-run win in the final match.
