Amy Duggar Speaks Out About Baby Plans, How Anna Duggar Is Doing

Amy Duggar just recently tied the knot with Dillon King, and of course, now many are wondering if she has plans to have babies right away. Most of the Duggars don’t believe in birth control, and getting pregnant on their honeymoon is something that happens often. The thing is, Amy Duggar has never done things like a Duggar normally would do. She is a cousin of the 19 Kids and Counting family and not actually one of Jim Bob and Michelle’s kids. Us Magazine was able to catch up with Amy Duggar and find out where she is at on the plans for children, and also an update on Anna Duggar after the big Josh Duggar scandal.

Amy Duggar eventually wants to be a mom, but just not yet. Amy shared all of the details on her plans for babies with Dillon King at some point.

“There’s no honeymoon baby. My cousins asked me when I got back — they were like, ‘Are you pregnant?’ And I was like, ‘Uh, no.’ And they looked shocked. I mean, shocked! They were… almost upset, you know? [We’re] definitely not planning anything, not anytime soon. I think [Dillon] will be an awesome dad and I can’t wait to be a mom someday, but we’ve got so many little cousins to love on and so many little kiddos that we don’t feel like we’re missing out. Right now, it’s like, let’s just not.”

Amy and Dillon do plan to have children, but they also don’t want as many as the rest of the Duggar family. Don’t expect to hear that Amy Duggar is having 19 children, because that is just not going to be the case at all. Everyone loves that she does things her own way, and it is obvious that Amy is preventing pregnancy in some way and will have a baby when the time is right for her.

Anna Duggar has been pretty quiet since news came out that her husband, Josh Duggar, had been cheating on her, even while she was pregnant. Josh has been spending some time in rehab, while Anna is hanging out in Florida with her parents and 4 children. Amy did share that she has talked to Anna often and explained that they have been keeping in touch.

“She’s good. I talk to her a lot. She’s doing good. She’s stronger than I would be, I’ll tell you that. There’s no way I could handle that… I would handle it so different, oh my gosh.”

Of course, Amy Duggar didn’t go on to explain how she would handle things if Dillon King cheated on her, but obviously he better not even think about it. Amy and Dillon do seem to have an amazing marriage so far, and are constantly posting on social networks.

Amy recently went to her Instagram to share that they do have their own place together, but Duggar hasn’t been able to get a washer and dryer just yet. She is running over to her parents’ house to do the laundry for now. Luckily for Amy Duggar, she has supporting family that is helping her out as a newlywed. There just won’t be any baby clothes being washed by Amy Duggar anytime soon. This reality TV star is shocking everyone once again by doing things on her own terms.
