Conservative Teen Radio Host Says Obama Making Kids Gay [Video]

Caiden Cowger, a West Virginia based teen radio host, made an announcement on his show that in his opinion, President Obama and his policies are “making kids gay”. The 14 year old conservative radio host is following in the footsteps of his older conservative mentors in attacking gays and gay rights.

Cowger hosts the twice weekly broadcast the “Caiden Cowger Show”. He made the recent anti-gay statements on a radio broadcast and then uploaded a video onto his you tube channel on May 26.

Cowger said,

“Homosexuality is a belief. The person is not born that way, no matter what Lady Gaga says…it is a decision. [addressing friends he has had that have come out as gay] They were not homosexuals [then]…they just decided all of a sudden, ‘I think I’m going to be gay. I’m going to tell you this, guys: President Obama…Vice President Biden…is making kids gay! [being gay is] a perverted belief, it’s immoral and not natural. I’m not for bullying homosexuals, I believe that it’s wrong. But when you’re trying to teach them the word of God and they consider that bullying…I find that a big problem, not being allowed to convert other people to my religion.”

Cowger, who identifies himself as a Pentecostal Christian, often cites Glen Beck and Rush Limbaugh as his role models but says he makes up his own mind on what is right and wrong.

Cowger said,

“I make up my own mind. People don’t do that for me. I can make deside [sic] my own beliefs.”

Cowger has raised the ire of the gay community before saying,

“I want STRAIGHT PRIDE MONTH! I mean, fair is fair here!”
