Donald Trump Throws Hissy Twit-Fit Over USA Today Comment

The ever entertaining Donald Trump is at it again after he sent out a tweet to his followers proclaiming that he was canceling his USA Today subscription citing reasons that it was a “boring newspaper with no mojo.”

Trump sent out the tweet to his 1.2 million followers on Tuesday morning to inform them of his profound decision.

“Just cancelled my subscription to @USATODAY. Boring newspaper with no mojo–must be losing a fortune.”

Adding to the tweet through twit longer, “Founder @AlNeuharth has always been a lightweight–just like his paper.”

Luckily since everyone loves a good social media quarrel, USA Today stood it’s ground against the real estate mogul and released two quick tweets that led readers to the explanation behind Trump’s dissatisfaction with the newspaper.

“@realDonaldTrump That’s Disappointing — sorry to hear that” tweeted USA Today.

Continuing, “Regarding @realDonaldTrump’s tweet about @USATODAY, here’s some background:usat.ly/L6NXJy”

Readers that followed the link found themselves reading an article written by USA Today founder Al Neuharth that claims that “The Donald” is only hurting presidential hopeful Mitt Romney, adding that “Trump is a smart guy in some ways. But he’s a clown who loves doing or saying things, no matter how ridiculous they may be.”

Neuharth continued that “No politician or voter — or Yankee fan — should take [Trump] seriously.”

Letting that sink in for only a few seconds Trump retorted that Neuharth was “an angry man who likes making up stories” and who “sits pathetically watching the Yankees games alone.”

It should be interesting to see where this one goes and just how long these grown men will act like children.
