Harry Styles Fined Again: 1D’s History With Wild Behavior

Poor Harry Styles has been fined by the police for the second time in the past three years — and all he was trying to do was be nice.

Interestingly, Harry Styles is not the only One Direction member to get tangled with the law — and fans can also get their share of One Direction-related fines.

As it appears, on October 10, Harry Styles was shopping in Camden in London. When he got out of the limo, Harry Styles asked them to wait in a specific area — but it turned out to be illegal.

Sadly, the Daily Mail reports that this was not good enough for a local police officer and Harry Styles got slapped with a traffic ticket.

During the fining, Harry Styles was spotted by two fans — and he was nice enough to snap a photo with them even though he was sour about the ticket.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time Harry Styles has had a brush with the law. On April 18, 2012, UnReality TV states that Harry Styles got a huge fine in Sweden for walking around in public — completely naked.

Hardly comparable to Harry Styles walking clothes-free in the streets of Stockholm, Louis Tomlinson also committed a crime in 2012. Now Magazine says that Louis Tomlinson was caught speeding and the local police gave him a ticket.

According to their August 20, 2012 report, Louis Tomlinson was at the V Festival and got caught speeding in Essex on his way there. Although the press made a big deal out of it, Louis Tomlinson was doing 48 miles per hour in 40 zone.

Sadly, this was nothing compared to the fiasco Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik endured when they were in the Philippines. Because they had smoked marijuana in a video while on tour in South America, the Philippines government said that they had to pay a fine before playing in their country. The Telegraph reports on that those allegations surfaced around March 19 — and less than a week later Zayn Malik quit 1D.

Although Liam Payne and Niall Horan are not as racy with the cops as Harry Styles, Zayn Mali, and Louis Tomlinson — Niall and Liam do not push the nice boy image too far either.

Liam Payne admitted to having a drinking problem according to an September 11 report in Express. When interviewed by Attitude, Liam Payne allegedly said the following.

“I started drinking a lot and I began to get a bit tubbier… I’m not afraid to say I went through a pretty bad [drinking] stage. And for that time in my life, that was perfect for me. That’s what I wanted to do and so I enjoyed myself.”

Niall Horan has the mildest reputation with the law and wild behavior, but was pictured next to “a suspicious glass pipe” with Justin Bieber. A caption for the photo that was posted by the Daily Mail on July 20 stated, “The yellow pipe sits on a table next to a bottle of water and what appears to be a demo CD and various other items.”

Of course, if Harry Styles and the 1D gents were slightly more tarnished in their squeaky clean reputations, Justin Bieber might be delighted to have some company. In an interview, Justin Bieber said he disliked how Harry Styles and One Direction were often played down as having no skeletons in their closet — while Justin Bieber is the media’s new “bad boy.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, it is alleged by an insider close to Justin Bieber that he gets tired of Harry Styles and 1D having a “holier than thou” attitude. This bit of gossip came after Justin Bieber and Liam Payne had a spat because Liam poked fun at Justin for being arrested multiple times.

However, One Direction fans are also at risk for being fined. According to a report from the Standard on June 4, 2014, if One Direction fans dared to cause a “disruption” during the 1D concert at Wembley Stadium, fans would be fined a whopping £2,500/$3,828.
