The new trailer for Season 11 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians has fans worried over pregnant Kim Kardashian’s health. In the promo, Kim, 34, makes a “stunning admission” that she may have gestational diabetes. Kim’s confession comes in a season that’s already promising to be “action-packed and emotional” and fans are desperately hoping that Kim will share some more details about the diabetes so they can “find out what’s going on.”
There’s plenty of drama in the Season 11 promo, but NBC added to the tension with the reveal of Kim’s “diabetes bombshell.” Kim talks to her family about a visit to her doctor, and admits that there could be unexpected trouble after the ultrasound uncovered some disturbing symptoms. She tells Kris what the doctor had to say about the ultrasound, confessing that she “has more fluid in my placenta,” a common indicator of diabetes in pregnant women.

Fans are taking to Twitter to voice their concerns, with one simply asking straight out, “Kim Kardashian, do you have diabetes?”
Another Twitter user is hoping to heal Kim of diabetes over the internet, telling her to “be healed in Jesus Name.”

One person waxed philosophical, commenting on how even success and beauty can’t protect a person from diabetes, since “you are still human at the end of the day.”
OMG can you imagine Kim Kardashian having diabetes even when you’re beautiful successful you are still human at the end of the day.

Heavy suggests that the second-oldest Kardashian sister may be “at risk and is trying to avoid” diabetes, rather than having a definite diagnosis. After all, Kim has had a “rough time” with both her pregnancies and makes no secret of her struggles.
Recently on her blog, Kim described how she really feels about being pregnant, pointing out that it’s a whole different experience for her than it was for mom Kris Jenner, or sister Kourtney Kardashian.
“I’m gonna keep it real: For me, pregnancy is the worst experience of my life! LOL! I don’t enjoy one moment of it and I don’t understand people who enjoy it. My mom and Kourtney clearly did! More power to them but I just don’t relate!”
At that time, however, Kim wasn’t concerned about possible diabetes. Her focus was on the discomfort and the way pregnancy made her feel “insecure” and “gross.”
“I’m not sure why I don’t like the experience like others do. Maybe it’s the swelling, the backaches or just the complete mindf**k of how your body expands and nothing fits. I just always feel like I’m not in my own skin. It’s hard to explain. I don’t feel sexy, either — I feel insecure and most of the time I just feel gross.”
If Kim really does have diabetes, that would explain why she feels so unwell and “not in my own skin,” and why she has a much harder time being pregnancy than Kris and Kourtney did. It’s also going to make a stressful period in the Kardashian family even more stressful. This is end of the road for Scott Disick, 32, and Kourtney Kardashian, 36, as Scott gets into it with Kourtney about “those cheating rumors” and Scott deals with the reality of “losing the Kardashians.”

There’s more drama too: Season 11 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians is the time for the Kardashians to “finally come to a truce” with Caitlyn Jenner, after her surprise transition last spring.

Fans are worried about Kim’s diabetes scare most though. One Twitter user even offered to “fight this together,” in a show of support for “Keeks.”
