Sex, Courting, And Jim Bob: Michelle Duggar Chooses Three Strange Blog Posts To Pull From Archives
Michelle Duggar recently pulled three old blog posts from the Duggar Family website to re-share with fans. The blog posts touch on topics such as a wife always being available to her husband for sex, the rules of Duggar courtship, and why Jim Bob Dugar is such a wonderful dad. Michelle Duggar shared the three blog posts in October but they weren’t new. In fact, each of the posts that Michelle shared for fans were previously shared on the website months ago. So why did Michelle Duggar pull these three particular blog posts out of the archive for October?
Michelle’s blog on the Duggar Family website is a hit among fans. However, when three “new” blog posts were added on October 7 and 8, many fans noted they were a repeat. In fact, if you look at the comments section of each of the blog posts you will notice comments from months ago despite the blog date being changed. Additionally, the posts themselves give away date clues such as references to Jill having children, “God willing.” As Duggar fans know, Jill has already given birth to her first son, Israel, who is now six-months-old. Therefore, it can be noted that the post about “marriage advice for newlyweds” pre-dated Israel’s birth. So why exactly did Michelle Duggar feel the need to re-share this particular post so many months after it was originally listed?
The Inquisitr reports that the post could be aimed at Anna Duggar, wife to the Duggar family’s oldest son Josh. Anna is rumored to be considering divorce following the revelation that her husband was cheating on her and maintained a paid Ashley Madison account. The Duggar daughter-in-law may now be receiving some off-hand advice from Michelle through the reemergence of the archived posts.
The post titled “Marriage Advice for Newlyweds” discusses the importance of sex in marriage for the male in the relationship. Michelle notes that not only should wives be available at all times to their husband sexually, she should do so joyfully. She claims that there is no excuse for not giving your husband the physical intimacy he desires including pregnancy or exhaustion.
“And so be available, and not just available, but be joyfully available for him. Smile and be willing to say, ‘Yes, sweetie I am here for you,’ no matter what, even though you may be exhausted and big pregnant and you may not feel like he feels. ‘I’m still here for you and I’m going to meet that need because I know it’s a need for you.'”
Could the post be aimed at Anna Duggar for not remaining “joyfully available” to Josh Duggar throughout their marriage? Though Michelle doesn’t specifically name Anna in the post, many are assuming there was a reason behind the sudden re-sharing of the advice.
Additionally, Michelle shared a post on Duggar courtships and chaperons. The archived post was revived just as rumors began to swirl that Jinger Duggar may be courting Lawson Bates. Is the courtship repost an indication that a Duggar child may be courting or considering a courtship? Another possible courting couple is Josiah Duggar and Marjorie Jackson. Though the pair had previously courted and called it quits, the pair have recently been seen hanging out with one another once more. In fact, they were seated right next to each other at Jill and Derick Dillard’s going away party for financial contributors.
The third old post that was re-shared by Michelle was a Father’s Day post she pinned about Jim Bob Duggar. The post outlines all the reasons why Jim Bob Duggar is a good dad. The post mentions Father’s Day, which is long gone, so why re-share now? The Duggar patriarch has been receiving a lot of flack in the media after some claim he didn’t do enough to protect his daughters following the revelation that Josh Duggar had been molesting them when he was a teen. With the media so heavily focused on the Duggar clan, is Michelle’s re-share of her Jim Bob post a bid to garner more positive attention for her husband?
