Teresa Giudice Still Hasn’t Been Visited By Melissa Gorga While in Jail
Joe Giudice is speaking out about his wife Teresa’s time in jail, and now it appears that someone very close to her hasn’t even taken the time to go and visit her. Tonight on The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In viewers will get an update on the family and find out that her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga hasn’t even been to prison to see Teresa the entire time she has been there. E! Online recently shared that Melissa hasn’t been up there at all. Things do sound like they are getting better between Joe Gorga and Teresa Giudice though.
So, are Joe and Melissa helping Joe out while Teresa Giudice is in jail? It doesn’t really sound like they are doing much. Joe Giudice also spoke out about their lack of help.
“They come around once in a while. I wouldn’t say that they ‘pitched in,’ no. They come around whenever—birthday parties, stuff like that, graduations. We get together here and there.”
This is when Joe Giudice went on to explain and talk about the fact that Melissa hasn’t even found time to go see Teresa. It is unknown what the reason behind Melissa avoiding going to jail is, but she hasn’t showed up at all. Giudice shared that Melissa hasn’t been there, but her brother Joe Gorga has been around.
“She’s fine with her brother, I guess she’s fine with Melissa. Joe went and visited her a couple times. I was there the one visit [with Joe] and then he went again another time with his mother and I think my daughters and it went fine. [Teresa’s] fine just seeing her brother. I wouldn’t say that they’re not great or great, she’d just rather see her brother. I don’t know the reason.”
People shared that it has been hard on Teresa Giudice’s children while she is behind bars. In a new clip from The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In, Gia is seen calling her mom on the night of her 8th grade dance. Of course, Gia is upset that Teresa isn’t there to help her get ready and see her off for the night of fun with her friends.
You can hear Teresa Giudice telling her daughter Gia that she has been thinking about her the entire time she has been in jail. Teresa goes on to explain that she is there in her heart. Teresa doesn’t want Gia to start crying in front of her grandfather Giacinto Gorga. Teresa Giudice is very worried about her father’s health and doesn’t want anyone to get him upset and cause things to get worse.
This clip also does show that Joe and Melissa Gorga are there to help Gia Giudice celebrate her graduation. Melissa Gorga is even saying that she never wants to go back to that dark time when they were not getting along with Teresa Giudice and her family. It really does sound like Melissa wants to be there for the girls, but there is no talk about why she isn’t going to see Teresa in jail at all. Joe Giudice will actually be going to prison when Teresa gets out so hopefully, Melissa can still be around while Teresa is raising the girls on her own for 41 months.
