Vicki Gunvalson & Brooks Ayers Cancer Highlight ‘Real Housewives Of Orange County’ Finale: Preview ‘RHOC’ Shockers

Vicki Gunvalson and her former boyfriend, Brooks Ayers, have been taking center stage on Real Housewives Of Orange County (RHOC) this season with the controversy over his cancer claims. Now it’s time for the RHOC finale, followed by the reunion, when all the cast gets to weigh in. What will happen when Shannon Beador, Tamra Judge, Heather Dubrow, and Meghan Edmonds meet with Andy Cohen? And will the finale and reunion provide closure or further rifts?

The first Real Housewives Of Orange County episode that will include a show-down is the much-anticipated finale, which the official Bravo TV sneak peek reveals will range between the joys of Tamra’s baptism and the frustration and fury of Vicki.

“In the season finale, the ladies gather together to witness Tamra’s baptism, but with the constant questions and confusion surrounding Brooks’ cancer, Vicki is the one who feels crucified. And after an evening of avoidance, Shannon and Vicki come face-to-face when Shannon discovers that Vicki has committed the ultimate betrayal.”

Airing October 12, 9/8c, the Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10 finale promises to highlight Tamra’s joy in finding her faith while still focusing on the conflict between Gunvalson and Beador after the blow-up over Brooks’ cancer.

Throughout Season 10, it’s been Vicki and Brooks on one side and, increasingly, the entire RHOC cast, except for Gunvalson, on the other. And many have wondered just what Ayers really thinks about all those women who doubt his claims.

Brooks Ayers takes the stance that the drama throughout the entire season of RHOC has been manufactured, reported Us Weekly.

In addition to refusing to join the ladies at the Real Housewives of Orange County Season 10 reunion, the former boyfriend of Vicki is done with it. Brooks also warned that he will sue Meghan King Edmonds if she continues to make the types of remarks about his integrity that she has.

“The only people in my life that I’ve been battling have been the women this year. And it’s nothing more than a manufactured story line,” insisted Ayers.

Gunvalson’s ex takes the attiude that he was being virtuous in sharing his relationship with Vicki on air, but that despite his good intentions, it became blown up.

“I simply wanted to share with people that you can survive a relationship in the public eye and be there to nurture each other — Vicki through the loss of her mom, me battling cancer for a third time — and it turned into a circus.”

What did Meghan do to deserve Ayers’ wrath? She got in touch with his medical group to investigate. However, Gunvalson has stayed faithful, even though she and Brooks broke up.

As for what Brooks is doing to treat his Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, he shared that he went through three rounds of chemotherapy without improvement. Ayers then opted to go for a natural method that includes Resveratrol.

“I did my own research, lengthy research, much more than Meghan could have ever done or does,” scoffed Ayers about Meghan’s controversial remarks.

Brooks made it clear that he has broken up with Vicki. Gunvalson and Ayers have limited their relationship since the split to emails, texting, and an occasional conversation.

But have the ladies of the RHOC gone too far in challenging Brooks’ claims? Lizzie Rovsek, a friend of Vicki’s, says yes, reported All About the Tea.

“It’s difficult for me, because Vicki is my friend (as are the other women on the show), and I have a hard time seeing them diving so deeply into Brooks’ cancer,” admitted Lizzie.

Noting that slamming Gunvalson as well as Ayers with claims that he faked his cancer has taken center stage this season, Lizzie believes the doubters have taken it beyond acceptable limits.

“I think some of the women have gone too far with it….if they are faking cancer, that’s something they’ll have to deal with themselves — with God — that’s the final judgement.”

And while Lizzie likes Meghan Edmonds, she was shocked to watch her call Brooks’ medical team and Ayers’ ex-girlfriend, saying that Meghan is the only one who has gone to those lengths, and asking why.

As the Inquisitr reported, the RHOC reunion will include an interview between Andy Cohen and Brooks. Cohen promises that viewers will know the truth after that interview. Bravo producer John Hill revealed that he has doubts about the truth of Ayers’ claims.

“I watched that entire thing and I was riveted,” said John. “I wouldn’t be surprised if [Brooks’ cancer diagnosis is] fake, if it’s not true. I don’t think that if something is true, he wouldn’t be defending it like he is.”
