Chelsea Houska’s Dad Randy Shares New Instagram Post, Mentions ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star’s Boyfriend Cole DeBoer
Chelsea Houska’s dad, Randy, was outspoken for years about the Teen Mom 2 star’s troubled relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Adam Lind. These days, Randy is loving life with her new boyfriend, Cole DeBoer. Over the weekend, Chelsea Houska, Randy, and DeBoer traveled to an apple orchard, where they posed for a number of photos, one of which was shared by Randy on his Instagram page.
In the caption of the October 5 photo, Chelsea Houska’s dad told fans, “@sdcoyotes except for that score thingy, #DakotaDays was a blast. Had a great time @chelseahouska and @coledeboer (he took the pic) #feaRed.”
In the photo, Chelsea Houska was seen with Randy’s arm around her.
Throughout the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, Chelsea Houska has been seen in a happy relationship with DeBoer — a far cry from what fans used to see when she was dating Lind, the father of her 6-year-old daughter Aubree. For the first few seasons of the show, Chelsea Houska dedicated herself to Lind, despite his bad boy ways, and even when he continued to disappoint her, she’d always go back to him. Luckily, however, Lind eventually moved on with Taylor Halbur, with whom he shares a 2-year-old daughter, Paislee, and Chelsea Houska met DeBoer.

Chelsea Houska and DeBoer met at a gas station near her home in South Dakota last summer and began dating a short while later. Then, month after their relationship began, the couple started production on Teen Mom 2 Season 6, sharing their relationship with Chelsea Houska’s many fans.
As fans saw on the show, Chelsea Houska’s boyfriend appears to treat her like a queen, and the same goes for her daughter Aubree. Throughout the show, fans watched as Aubree grew to love DeBoer, even telling her mother she’d like to call him “dad” once he began living in their home. While that likely will not happen due to Lind’s ongoing involvement in Aubree’s life, the child clearly looks at DeBoer as a father figure and once said she wished Lind would act more like him.
As Chelsea Houska’s relationship with DeBoer continues to grow, the couple has faced rumors of both a pregnancy and an engagement, but at this point, it doesn’t appear that Chelsea Houska is either pregnant or engaged. Instead, Chelsea Houska and DeBoer are getting used to their new situation, which includes DeBoer living at home with her and Aubree. During Teen Mom 2 Season 6, fans saw DeBoer move into the home during the finale episode of the reality series.
As for Lind, he and Chelsea Houska remain at odds due to their ongoing custody battle over Aubree. While Chelsea Houska doesn’t want Lind to have unsupervised overnight visitation with their child, he claims he’s now capable of being a better father and would like to have an opportunity to do so.

On the upcoming episode of the show, Chelsea Houska and Lind will be seen sitting down with host Dr. Drew Pinsky to discuss the drama between them, as well as the custody of their daughter. But for now, their agreement seems to have remained the same, with Lind being required to see his daughter only when his parents are around to supervise.
