‘Vicki Gunvalson Knows The Truth’: Why Shannon Beador Isn’t Backing Down
Vicki Gunvalson has been distancing herself from her co-stars, including her once good friend Shannon Beador. Vicki was furious that Shannon kept pressing her about the cancer diagnosis and during a heated lunch, Gunvalson decided to end her friendship with Beador. She was furious that the ladies kept pressing her about Brooks Ayers’ cancer diagnosis, and she wanted out. The two ladies haven’t talked since then, despite once being close friends.
Vicki Gunvalson may be taking some time to relax and recuperate after the brutal reunion special, but she is learning that best friends may be limited in this group of women. The reunion, which was filmed last week, is rumored to be a showdown between Vicki and Shannon Beador. Their friendship was supposedly broken months ago.
According to a new report, Vicki Gunvalson is furious that Shannon wasn’t a good friend. Gunvalson really just needed a friend to support her, but Shannon wasn’t really offering anything. Beador felt she was helping by offering Brooks medical connections to doctors, but Vicki simply needed an understanding friend.
“During that lunch, Shannon should have just been a listening ear and a friend. That is all that Vicki wanted her to be at that moment. Instead, she pushed and pushed when Vicki was really just wanting to have someone to talk to,” a source has revealed, adding, “The only thing that Vicki is really guilty of in all of this is loving Brooks.”
Of course, Gunvalson has constantly told the other ladies, including Shannon Beador, what Brooks has told her. She blindly believed that he had cancer and was fighting for his life. She never questioned his story one bit, even though some of the things that were said didn’t make sense. Shannon simply wanted Vicki to know that the other ladies were talking about him and questioning his story. Sadly, it was too much for Vicki, who ended their friendship.
“Shannon just feels that this whole thing has been blown way out of proportion and it feels like Vicki is trying to deflect all of the blame on her,” a source has revealed, adding, “Yes, the feud did start at that lunch. Shannon told her to get medical records because she was trying to be honest with her. That’s what friends do. Shannon was only saying that out of concern and she was just trying to find a solution. But instead of taking her advice, Vicki completely turned on her. Shannon has not changed her stance on this and Vicki knows the truth.”
Even though the season has come to an end, the ladies remain split on the cancer issue. Vicki has broken up with Brooks, and she recently revealed that she has no plans of getting back together with him. She wants to move on by herself. It is questionable that what happened between them made her not want to take him back. The two had been on-and-off for a while, but this split was very sudden, and he decided to move to Florida. It is possible that he wanted to distance himself from everything that was going on.
And these days, Gunvalson is trying to put her life back on track. But she isn’t reaching out to Shannon Beador. Maybe these two won’t be working things out since Vicki feels betrayed over how Shannon dealt with the situation. And Beador may be questioning how much Vicki actually knows about Brooks’ illness.
