Ariana Grande Kissed Liz Gillies — And She Liked It? Grande Posts Girl-On-Girl Action To IG By ‘Accident’

Arianna Grande kissed Liz Gillies on the lips and then claimed that she “accidentally” posted the video of the smooch on Instagram. On Instagram, Ariana Grande has over 40 million followers, and she has over 30 million fans on Twitter.

As Gossip Cop reports, Grande and Gillies have a longstanding friendship that dates back to their time when they starred in the musical 13 on Broadway. However, that wasn’t the last time they worked together. Grande and Gillies also appeared on Nickelodeon’s Victorious together before Grande left to do the spin-off Sam and Cat. Liz Gillies currently stars in the FX series, Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll. Arianna Grande has mostly left her acting days behind, despite a recent brief appearance on Scream Queens. Grande is currently on tour to promote her second studio album, My Everything.

Looks like the two former co-stars had a bit of a reunion on Monday and decided to seal it with a kiss. In the video, you can see Arianna fluffing her hair and saying that “it has to be pretty. Then she counts down from three and puckers up to smooch an apparently eager Liz Gillies. The two starlets then burst out laughing as Ariana fans herself.

Neither Grande nor Gillie give any kind of explanation for why they decided to kiss. But do they really need one?

In the caption Grande writes, “my favorite video of all time @lizgill (p.s. this was totally posted by accident).”

She also tweeted this about the video.

“I WAS EDITING IT IN INSTA TO SEND TO HER AND IT POSTED ACCIDENTALLY BUT ITS GREAT SO WHATEVER.”

She later went on to tweet that she was “forever in love” with her “pringus,” Liz Gillies.

Ariana Grande fans were pretty surprised by the video, and soon the hashtag “Ariana and Liz” became a trending topic, according to Gossip Cop.

The reception for the Ariana and Liz video is a far cry from the reaction that Ariana got the last time she appeared in a viral video. Earlier this year, a video of Ariana Grande licking a donut and saying that she hates Americans hit the web, and the backlash was swift and brutal.

In the donut video, Ariana Grande licks some donuts that have been left out on a shop counter, and her actions were caught by security cameras. Tabloid website TMZ posted the footage, and it spread like wildfire. Ariana is also seen kissing rumored boyfriend and back up dancer Ricky Alvarez, Entertainment Tonight reported.

The reaction to the Ariana Grande donut video prompted the “Break Free” singer to issue an apology for her actions.

In the video, Grande claimed that she was very proud to be an American.

“The advances we’ve made in the last couple of months, all the wonderful progressive things that have been going on – I’ve never been prouder of this country actually,” she said.

Ariana Grande also said that she was disgusted by the way she behaved on the video.

“Seeing a video of yourself behaving poorly, that you have no idea was taken, is such a rude awakening, that you don’t know what to do. I was so disgusted with myself.”

The great Ariana Grande donut video debacle didn’t derail the 22-year-old singer’s career, though, as the Ariana and Liz video demonstrates Ariana continues to pack concert venues on her Honeymoon tour. Her next stop is in Wichita, Kansas.
