At $666 The ‘Douche Burger’ Is The Most Ridiculous (And Expensive) Burger In The World

It seems as though last weeks $295 cheeseburger served at Serendipity 3 in New York has just been toppled by a Food Truck’s offering of the $666 Douche Burger to become the most expensive burger in the world.

The food truck ‘666 Burger’ has created a wild concoction that is sure to drum up a decent amount of press surrounding their lavish burger release.

According to a column by Thrillist, the ‘Douche Burger’ is:

“a $666 edible fiscal disaster that piles caviar, lobster truffles on top of a foie-stuffed, gold-leaf-wrapped Kobe patty, smothers it with Gruyere melted with Champagne steam, and finishes it off with BBQ sauce made using Kopi Luwak coffee that’s passed through the digestive tract of the Asian Palm Civet”

The craziest part of it all according to the Gothamist is that:

They wrap the whole thing up in three $100 bills, so, as one owner explains to us, “when you are done with it you’ll have three greasy hundred dollar bills and have to decide what to do with them. That’s why it is called the Douche Burger.”

Ok, so let’s go over that once more.

To be exact, the Douche Burger consists of gold leaf, lobster, caviar, truffles, foie gras, already digested coffee, Gruyère, and Champagne all wrapped neatly in three crisp $100 bills.

I believe that it’s pretty safe to say that the Douche Burger will certainly live up to it’s name if someone chooses to actually purchase one.

For those interested, the New York City based 666 Burger only requests that you give them a 30 minute notice before placing your Douche Burger order.
