Unlike some recently divorced celebrities, Kaley Cuoco seems to be having a pretty easy time of it. As previously reported in the Inquisitr, this might be due in part to a pre-nuptial agreement she and Sweeting signed about a month before tying the knot.
As a result of the agreement, any questions about the division of assets, spousal support or any other financial issues should already be answered. While the divorce wasn't announced publicly until September 25, the paperwork filed to put the process in motion lists the date of separation as September 3.
