Brooks Ayers Films ‘Real Housewives Of Orange County’ Season 10 Reunion Segment With Vicki Gunvalson [Report]

Brooks Ayers has reportedly wrapped filming on the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. Although Brooks Ayers’ co-stars won’t film the main scenes of the reunion special until later this week, a new report claims he’s already filmed his own segment with former girlfriend Vicki Gunvalson.

“[Brooks Ayers] met with Andy Cohen a few weeks ago,” a source told Real Mr. Housewife on September 28.

With Brooks Ayers having split from Gunvalson last month, chances are this will be the last fans see of him on the show. Still, as fans have seen since their breakup, Gunvalson continues to offer Ayers her support, which may have been why they filmed Brooks Ayers’ reunion segment together.

“The pair had a taped sit down. It was similar to the 1-on-1 interviews Cohen is known for. This was truly [Brooks Ayers]’s chance to respond to all of the allegations that have been thrown his way this season.”

However, while Brooks Ayers’ reunion segment was taped separate from the rest of the show, Real Mr. Housewife‘s source claimed it will air along with the main reunion special, which will include the entire cast of Season 10, Tamra Barney, Meghan King Edmonds, Heather Dubrow, Shannon Beador, and Gunvalson.

“They are going to be interspersing clips of what [Brooks Ayers] taped and playing them for the women at the reunion. This will surely drum up the drama, as he has been a hot topic all season; however, it’s only fair [Brooks Ayers] finally have his chance to respond and be heard.”

Brooks Ayers has been a hot topic of conversation throughout The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s 10th season due to the ongoing speculation into his stage 3 Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma diagnosis. According to a few of Brooks Ayers’ co-stars, what he’s said about his diagnosis and treatment plan simply doesn’t make sense. Meghan King Edmonds, who watched her step-mother’s daughter, LeAnn Edmonds, struggle with the illness, claims his battle looks much different, thus leading her to believe he may be hiding something.

Brooks Ayers and Edmonds have been at odds throughout Season 10 due to her claims against him, and even months after filming, they are still not on good terms. During a recent interview with People Magazine, Edmonds claimed that she simply didn’t believe Brooks Ayers really had cancer. She also said the only way for Brooks Ayers to prove he was truly suffering from the illness would be for him to reveal his medial records, which he reportedly did during filming.

Although the scene in question has yet to air, Brooks Ayers has stated many times on Twitter that his medical records will be seen on the show, and that the truth about his health will be revealed.

While Brooks Ayers will reportedly be redeemed in the future, he and Gunvalson remain separated. In recent years, Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers have had an on-again, off-again relationship. So, when they announced they had ended their relationship after four years on Facebook in August, many believed they would eventually get back together. However, at this point, Brooks Ayers is not even living in California. Instead, Brooks Ayers has relocated to the east coast, where he now resides in Florida.

Prior to their breakup, Brooks Ayers and Gunvalson attempted to mend their relationship with counseling, but ultimately decided it was best to go their separate ways.
